Needed to transfer ownership for a car I bought through private party, I called One Stop and spoke to Eric, he told me what I needed to bring in and met with him 2 days later. Did I have a spiritual experience at One Stop Registration Services? Maybe. But what I definitely got was the easiest and fastest registration experience of my life. I needed to get my out of state vehicle registered in California and the DMV informed me that I would not be able to schedule an appointment in my location. My best course of action would be to mail 2 forms from the DMV which 1 required a vechile verification done by a DMV employee or CHP, current registration and a check to the DMV. Thr DMV customer representative said I would get my registration and plates in 3 weeks to a month. I got so lucky looking for a shop that does vehicle verification. To keep things brief, I purchased a car that had been leased out of state in California and no one, not even the DMV associates who helped me register my car in California, said anything about what I need to do to acquire my car's title. This was in 2021. Fast forward to 2024 when I want to sell my car, I learn there's no title and the car doesn't have an owner. Frustrated and confused, I was referred to One Stop Registration to avoid long lines at the DMV. Araik was very helpful in assessing my situation and advising me on the steps that needed to be taken to acquire my car's title. I did so and finally received a title from North Carolina (where the car was originally leased) and went back to One Stop. Araik and Petros again assessed my situation and the VERY overdue title that was finally sent to me to be transferred to California. With their help, I was able to rightfully waive any penalty fees from California that DMV associates never even mentioned. They took care of the entire process and explained things to me one by one so there was no confusion. They also provided valuable information about different rules in California in regard to car titles. Aside from being very knowledgeable and good at their job, Araik and Petros are kind, welcoming people.
