Edward said he can do the inspection for free. He was super nice, helpful, and guided me through the process every step of the way. It turns out there was enough damage to go ahead and file a claim with my insurance so he helped me through the process. Throughout the entire claim process, Edward followed up with me every other day on the status of the adjuster meeting. Even when I didn't know the time, he went ahead and called on my behalf. He advised he likes to meet with the adjuster to make sure they account for all of the damages. When they say they advocate for their client, they really do. It turns out my insurance didn't approve my claim although Precise saw many damages. Even though it wasn't approved, Precise Roofing went ahead and helped me to appeal my claim. They handled every thing on their end and kept me updated every step of the way. They were able to get the denial appealed and I was able to get a new roof! The process took a long time, but I was never forgotten about or placed on the back burner. We picked the shingles and the work was done in a couple of days. I love my new roof! They give high quality work and work efficiently and quick. I am definitely keeping them as my number one pick for any home improvements and I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a roof replacement or other home improvements.

Well, I must say, I was extremely impressed. The home was absolutely beautiful. I loved the modern colors of the exterior of the home. When you drove up, it was very welcoming. All of the upgrades that a homeowner could want without the, "Well this will be extra...These cabinets are considered and upgrade, so it will cost you this...". My daughter fell in love with the home as well. Now when we walked upstairs to the bathroom, I just loved it. What more can I say, you just have to check out their work for yourselves. The pictures are amazing, but in person is jaw dropping :-)

Due to a pipe leak and resulting mold under our entire downstairs wooden flooring, we had to remediate the mold problem, replace the wood flooring, kitchen island & cabinets, re-route the underground piping, repair sheetrock, re-route the electrical wiring, replace the fireplace, as well as a host of other construction repairs. I don't know what we would have done without Rodney's assessment and planning skills. Rodney's knowledge, expertise, and due diligence insured the appropriate scheduling and co-ordination of multiple disparate construction disciplines and subcontractor specialists that were required to perform all the various construction trade activities. His professionalism, great attention to detail, and taking control to make sure everything was done correctly was key to completing the project in a timely and quality manner. Rodney communicated and kept us in the loop during all aspects of the planning and implementation of the work. These days reputable, accountable Contractors that you can trust are hard to find. Shout out to Adam Pias and All Covered Roofing. They were replacing roofs in my area. I asked if…read morethey could inspect mine. I was leery they would find multiple issues since it was the original roof and 20 yrs old. I was hesitant to mention I had heard some noise in the attic. I was really concerned of a potential opening to allow squirrels etc. to enter. The roof was inspected the following day. No damage warranting shingle replacement was noted . No potential entry sites. He later examined the remainder of the house looking at openings around the soffits. He did notice a small leak under the front porch ceiling . Further examination revealed a loose shingle which he repaired. While the roof does not need to be replaced at this time, the professionalism and honesty of this gentleman who represented All Covered Roofing speaks volumes. Just a few days prior to his arrival another roofer had posted info about unscrupulous practices of roofing companies on FB in my subdivision. I was prepared for all the tricks. I was thrilled to interact with someone who was honest and had integrity. When the roof needs to be replaced , this company will definitely be on the call list. Again your honesty about my roofing needs were greatly appreciated !!
