Wow! Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. This place is a regular must stop for me, the shakes are great and they carry a lot of quality products. I also find the prices on par or better than the big box stores like Hi-health or GNC. The post about hostile staff could not be any further from the truth. The place was small but clean. It was my first time there and I ordered two shakes (one for my daughter and one for myself). Ten minute later I was driving down the road and the straw went right through the cup on both my shake as well as my daughters. We had the shake all over my car, clothes and hands. It was one huge sticky mess. I had to stop in the middle of the road and dump it out so it didn't make even more of a mess in my car. I called one stop to tell them and they said sorry and that was it. The shakes tasted good (the little we had), but it is not worth wearing them and I don't recommend it. read more

So many negative reviews. This place is under new ownership and the new team is OUTSTANDING. I frequent here 3-4 times a week for smoothies and am always treated great. I've never had any problems with anyone in the store and they all are pretty knowledgeable about the product on their shelves. Stepped in for shake during my lunch break. The owner, whose name I gather is Mikey, was super friendly and conversational. Wide selection of supplements. Protein shakes are fantastic too. Definitely will be going back on a regular basis. read more

It's my "one stop" before the gym and any other time I need a healthy "fast" meal, aside the fact that everybody there welcomes you and treats you as a friend. The shake's are ALWAYS on point, supplements available and always Koo to talk health with them as well! 5stars+! read more

Worst customer service ever and the owners do not know how a sales tax works.....I highly recommend going to a different location.....

From when we walked in we were not welcome. The owners walked up from the back and asked what do we want? I replied a shake and what type of shake. She was extremely rude and she became belergerant when I questioned why the shake was $.50 higher than the 10 other One Stops I have been to in the past. My sister asked the same question, she began to call us name. We simply replied we are wondering with it is different? She said they have to pay sales tax... ok, well city sales tax is 8.5%... which would be $.55 for a total of $7.05 and sisters $7.50 a total of $8.13. Why are they the only One Stop that charges a flat rate "tax"? This isn't even the worst part... the worst part is when we simple used logic and questioned it she and her husband went into a rage! She said she was tired of dealing with -sshole like us. They Called -ucking -ssholes and pay the stupid $.50. My sister asked for a refund and I picked up my drink and she ripped from my hand and said get the -uck out. We both asked for refunds and proceeded to leave while she was ranting and raving yelling curse words. Clearly, we are not the first who has questioned this. My 8 year old son and I have been going to, One Stop Nutrition On McDowell Rd, for months now. We would go 3 times a week, before his Martial Arts Class to buy a couple smoothies. ($30.00 per week). This past Friday we were running alittle late for class, so I pulled up directly in front of , One Stop Nutrition, so my husband could run in and purchase 3 smoothies. I noticed in my rear view mirror the male owner ,Mikey Ptak, pulled directly in back of me in front of his store. I immediately got out and asked him if he needed me to move my car, and I was sorry parking there. He then preceded to get a very nasty, demeaning tone with me yelling... yes he needs to unload his truck, and I need to move. Which I did. However, I was very shaken and disturbed the way Mikey Ptak, co ownwer with his wife Amanda Ptak , spoke to me. I decided not to tell my husband at that time, knowing I would be going to One Stop on Tuesday, and let Mr Ptak know my feelings then. Upon getting out of the car with my 8 year old son, I told him I was going to speak to Mr Ptak, to say its not right to treat/talk to a customer or woman like he did the previously Friday. My son understood, as he was in the car during the verbal abuse. When I walked in to discuss the incident with Mikey, his wife, Amanda, immediately jumped in (even though she was not present during the incident as she was tending to my husbands 3 smoothies) saying very defensively that her husband " Had a bad day"...She interrupted me, and never let me finish my disappointment in her husbands abusive tone with me. From that point I scooped up my credit card and cancelled my order. As to which she nastily said "GO BACK TO NEW JERSEY, YOU ARE ONLY A SMOOTHIE TICKET ANYWAYS". Amanda was never told where I am from originally, which is Connecticut not New Jersey. She walked in back of us, yelling, as we were walking out towards the door. My beautiful 8 year old was crying having to witness this verbal abuse Mikey and Amanda Ptak dish out to their customers. At least the ones who are of no value to them... and only want to purchase smoothies. Don't let these people fool you, as you have much better choices. My friend had kept talking about this place to get a healthy shake after hiking. We showed up and there was one lady ahead of us who was already having her drink made. The man helping us was a blonde haired small guy. He was very rude and we were there for almost 20 minutes waiting for our drinks. This place has horrible customer service not to mention all the unprofessional annoying stickys of instructions everywhere. The smoothly was nothing special and not worth the crappy service. I will not come back to this one stop again! The lady was nice but over charged me for my shake I ordered a meal replacement the price is $6.00 (says it on the giant screen they have a a menu) she charged $6.50. I get 3 shakes a week from other one stops around town it's always $6.00 and they did not have the loyalty point system. 2nd the guy was crazy yelling behind the counter, throwing things around and super pissed while customers were in the store. The customer service at this place sucks. The gentleman and lady that work there in the morning never smile, they dont greet you or anything. And they make you feel like you are bugging when ordering a shake. A simple hello and smile goes along way read more

If I had the choice I would actually give negative *stars. The man working the counter was NOT helpful at ALL. I purchased a product that I had no real knowledge of "Black Out" told him it was for my husband. He said its great I take it every night. Well I would strongly suggest researching this product my husband had a terrible reaction to it. When I went to return it .... He told me no returns or in store credit. Had I known this I never would have spent $60 on such a dangerous product. He then smirked and said I take it every night and I'm fine. WOW !!! Clearly my husband wasn't fine. I didn't make a big deal of it in the store. But he and his friend laughed and now I will never again shop at this store and will tell every person I can what a dangerous product and store this is. NOT AT ALL NUTRITION based. I would recommend customers stick with hi health at least they stand behind there products! read more
