I squeezed it around the post as hard as I could and got it to start and drove it back Wal-Mart where they told me they can't help me because there wasn't enough cable to cut off and put on a new one nor did they have the right terminal and recommended I take it to the dealer...thanks for nothing Wal-Mart. I called around and most shops gave me the run around that they were to busy or they didn't think they would have the right part. Well after some digging through google I found the Tulsa Auto Doc. I called them and told them my situation and he said "oh yeah, yeah that's no big deal. I've got a few of those in my shop on hand." I zip on over to the shop, 8119 E. 14th St, and think I'm in the wrong place because all I see is Witness Security trucks everywhere. I walk in the office anyway and am greeted by two lovely ladies and two of the most well behaved puppies I've ever met. One of the women takes my keys to the mechanic and I wait in the office and play with the dogs who apparently love everyone but will quietly lay on their bed when you're done petting them. After not long at all my car was fixed up and ready to roll. I went outside and talked to the mechanic and he noticed my radio was disabled until I put in a code. He asked if I knew the code and I told him I did not and he went inside and came out with the code and typed it in for me and told me "you're all set up". I asked him what I owed him and he said "oh something little like that? Nothing I just appreciate your business" All around great experience at the shop. Nice people, good dogs, and good work. Definitely will use him next time I need repairs.

They told me I needed two other parts to fix it and charged me another $850 to do it. Next time I filled up it leaked again. I took it to Robinson tire this time and they found that auto doc didn't even put the o-ring in the fuel pump. Auto doc wouldn't refund any of the extra money I spent. Said I should have brought it back a third time. Terrible service! Terrible mechanics. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE!!! 0 stars for sure!

The Ferguson Deal - I didn't love it…read more I was shopping for a used 2017 GMC Sierra and had looked far and wide. I came across Ferguson Superstore in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on car gurus, and they had a Denali edition. Perfect. I called and texted Erik Wells, the salesman. I was initially put off when I was told the price was non-negotiable, as everything is negotiable in sales. After looking at other cars with more and fewer miles, the price was right where it needed to be. So no negotiation was required, so I proceeded to the dealership. It was after six, and Erik was off but had stayed late to show me the truck, which was much appreciated. After a test drive, the car was clean, had the certified guarantee, and immaculate. I decided to buy it. Chuck ran me thru the paperwork, and I was out the door. The truck ran great, and I was happy. The next day, I backed out of my parking spot. A 6 point turn, I pulled into the mall. Another 8 points turn to get in. The truck was so big; it was a truck, after all. The more I thought about it. It just wasn't for me. I didn't love it. I remembered that Erik had mentioned the Ferguson Deal. A three-day / 150-mile guarantee that I was happy. I lowered my head and called Erik and chuck and sadly told them I had made a mistake and wasn't in love with the Truck. To my surprise, they said, "come in, let's make it right. " I mentioned two other cars I was interested in, and when I arrived at the Ferguson Superstore, Erik had both cars ready for me upfront and ready to go. I drove the first one I had wanted and fell in love. I took it across the street, did some parallel parking, a few ins, and outs, and decided this was the one. Upon returning to the dealership, I gave it the walk around, confirmed it was the one, and told Erik. Chuck quickly ran me thru all the paperwork once again. And I was in and out on a busy Saturday, within an hour. I'm not a fan of dealerships and prefer not to deal with them, but honestly, after this experience, I will be back and most likely only buy the Ferguson Deal. I can not express how worried I was that I had purchased the wrong track, and thankfully, because of the Ferguson Deal, I'm now a 100% happy customer.

I have been going to Greg's for about 15 years but will never go back and everyone that I once…read morereferred there have all had horrible experiences. They used to be great, the staff in the office was great, Cody and Greg were great, and the repairs were good. The past 2 years however, the place has gone downhill horribly. The office staff is now rude and openly lies to customers (see below) while the repairs have not been done to any kind of standard. They no longer stand by their work. Here are some highlights of the past 2 years: 1) Took my daughters car in and was told it would be done the next day when a part came in. 2 days passed and we called to inquire was told the part would be in the next day. 2 more days pass and we called to be told the part would be in that day and the car repaired, but it wasn't. The next day we were told the part they received was wrong and so they had to wait for a new part. The office staff lied to us repeatedly over a period of 5 days. 2) Took my sisters car in for new shocks. 13 months, and just 8K miles later, the shocks were totally bad. They said "too bad" the warranty is expired and wanted the same amount to replace the shocks. She is 70 years old and only drives to the store and doctor appointments. Shocks should last 50K miles at least. 3) Took my son's car in for a gas purge valve replacement. Paid over $1000 and within 2 months the valve no longer worked. My son was so angry at Greg's that he didn't tell me until many months later. I called Greg's and once again was told "too bad". It is unfortunate that they are such a lousy place now with no integrity when they were once a really good place. I no longer recommend Greg's auto to anyone for any service.

Also, there were some minor issues with the car and immediately they told me to bring it up and they will get it fixed. So I did that but that left me with no car, so they gave me a different car off the lot to drive until they get the other one fixed. Excellent customer service. Go talk to Mark he'll get you taken care of! I would definately buy another car from these guys.
