Being a women it can kind of be intimidating going to a new auto shop, but wow! These guys are great especially Victor. I had an issue with an oil leak and he explained what the issue was and even showed me the part that was causing the leak. Highly recommend this location. Fair prices, great staff, and great communication! read more

Came by on a referral from another mechanic who doesn't do alignments. He told me they did them for $60 which is an amazing price compared to most places. I was quoted that it may take an hour and a half but was pleasantly surprised that it was all done in half an hour. I also asked them to take a look at my serpentine belt for an issue that's been persisting for months after I had my belt changed by my previous mechanic at their shop. After dropping my car off at my old shop multiple times to be told nothing was going on and the other mechanic not even being open to checking out a recording of the sound, Jose at One Stop took the time to check out my recordings and was able to fix the issue at no extra cost. They definitely know their stuff here and have amazing prices. I'd definitely recommend coming here for your car maintenance. read more

One Stop Auto Shop - My Car being worked on at ONE STOP AUTO SHOP - Tires Near Me - Lemon Grove, California

I needed a Wheel Alignment on my Honda CRV so I set up an Appointment with Jose. It took longer for me to Drive to the Shop than it did for Jose to do the job on my car. The Shop is Very Clean & the Price was Very Reasonable but what gets me to go back to a company is Customer Service. Know that I'll be going back to One Stop Auto Shop as a Loyal Customer. Thank you Jose read more

I can't say enough good things about One Stop Auto Shop. I came in last week for an oil change and a couple other services, and everything went so smoothly. I came back again today for new tires. Both visits were quick, efficient, and stress-free. From the moment I drove in, I was greeted right away by the owner Jose and staff. The employees are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. You can really tell they care about what they do. It was a quick turnaround on both visits while maintaining high-quality workmanship. I also want to acknowledge the management, especially Raquel, who does an amazing job running the shop. You can truly see her leadership reflected in how well the team works together and how great the overall customer experience is. Honest work, excellent service, and a welcoming environment. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and efficient auto care. read more

My 86 year old Mom was in need for a mechanic, her 2009 car had a broken belt. This shop was recommend by a local automotive parts store. When we approached the owner who was closing shortly with our need for a repair he immediately responded with give me your address and I will be there to install the new belt. I have not come across any one so dedicated to his profession and so caring for an elderly person. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for honest, reliable and top quality service. read more

This review is definitely long overdue. As a disabled combat veteran, I used to work on vehicles myself. But due to my injuries and disability, I am not able to do that any longer. It is refreshing to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic shop that is friendly and accommodating. Raquel is very friendly and Jose is quite professional. I found this shop through Yelp and received the great service the customers rant about when I brought my vehicle for brake pad replacement. I will be taking my vehicles here for any repair and service I need. I am actually on my way right now to drop off my truck for inspection and needed service. Keep up the good work! read more

Best auto service and price you can get here in San Diego. Also, a peace of mind knowing that Jose and the rest of the mechanics at the shop will give you the experience than any customer is looking for with their back up warranty. Definitely recommend this place above all else! read more

If you're looking for an honest, trustworthy mechanic, this is the place. I came in because my tire was making a serious noise. Jose thought it COULD be a part that was rusty (my car came with me from the north east) and he pointed out it was a lot rustier than he's used to seeing. He quoted me roughly $350. However when we agreed to do the repair and he got to work, he noticed my brand new tires (about a month old from discount tire) wasn't screwed on all the way and I almost lost my tire, which was the issue all along. He charged me $60, gave me an invoice to get my money back from discount tire. He absolutely could've just charged me the $350 and called it a day. Jose has my full trust and I'm so happy I've found a place that I can trust won't just take my money and recommend things I don't need. read more

They are economical, honest, and really know their stuff. They did a great job replacing a water pump on my Kia Forte a few weeks ago. My old car had a rough start this morning and they ran diagnostics and got the car back to me in only a few hours on a Saturday. Jose at One Stop Auto Shop even topped up the fluids and air pressure. It's hard to find a good auto place these days, but I recommend One Stop Auto Shop for their honesty and practical approach. read more

We found this wonderful One stop shop over a year ago and I cannot believe I hit the jackpot with this honest and trustworthy shop! I brought 3 of my vehicles here all for brakes and I haven't had any issues with any of them like I have in the past with other companies charging an arm & a leg and putting on cheap brake pads! I didn't realize they did MORE than brakes! This is my GO TO mechanic shop not only because of the exceptional service on the brakes but because the customer service does not lack either. Raquel and Jose-thank you for being so friendly, informative, knowledgeable, thorough, QUICK and MOST IMPORTANTLY HONEST!!! You have customers for life! read more

Jose is very attentive to his business and I'm glad I went to him. While I was waiting, he was constantly on the phone helping a multitude of customers from what sounded like an an extremely diverse set of situations. They can do most things related to auto repair, and you can call Raquel to confirm. Very fair price and has excellent knowledge around his profession. There are just so many little things that can go wrong with a car it's hard to keep up, but I felt no hesitation in knowledge with him regarding all the questions I had asked. It would be nice if all mechanics were like Jose. It is a plus that they speak Spanish. Extraordinary experience. read more

All things considered the price was the best in the area, just ensure you double check the work before you leave and check out your vehicle. I had them install brakes and rotors on my car. My door was left filthy and the rotors were installed backwards. I had to notify them of the incorrect install. They promptly fixed it no problem. Professional and friendly business. Would recommend and I am satisfied with my purchase. read more

Jose was wonderful. I brought my FJ cruiser in to get an alternator replaced and he took one look at it and said it wasn't a bad alternator. Then he tested it for me for free, and told me that it was still a good alternator. He was very honest and told me the truth even though it would mean not making a sale. I appreciate an honest car technician! So hard to find in today's world! I recommend this business and definitely Jose to anyone. There is great value in this shop. read more

If you are looking for a genuine, patient, and honest mechanic shop - One Stop Auto Shop is the place for you! Jose is a great mechanic and took the time to educate me on the care for a new car I just purchased. Raquel also took the time to squeeze me in to get some maintenance work done. They are both honest and extremely patient! They're good people and have reasonable prices. They make sure to break down the prices and give you different price options to ensure you understand the cost of everything. Thank you so much again! This is the only mechanic I will be working with from now on. read more

This shop was recommended from a friend at the beginning of the year and I'm glad they did! Brought my truck here to have brakes replaced not even a year after another shop did them. I was so happy with the service that I brought my older classic car here for the same thing...other shops wouldn't even look at the brakes due to the age of the car. One Stop Auto Shop was not only willing to work on the car but were very informative and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Both brake jobs were done in a timely manner and i have no complaints. So, this week I brought my daughters car in to have the brakes checked. I was told that the brakes were fine and had plenty of life left. I was super pleased with the honesty and integrity from this shop. In turn, I will forever bring my vehicles here! Fast, friendly, reliable, affordable and honest! What more can you ask for?!?! read more

An honest, dependable and great customer service from this shop. Took my car for what I thought just needed an AC recharge, but Jose checked it out. At first we thought it was the compressor but it turned out to be a valve in my evap system. Saved me some money. Thank you Jose, Raquel and everyone. I appreciate your work. Will definitely be going back. read more
