I had a very nice nurse named Malka who would come every week to check up on me. Today was my last check up with her and everything went well. She said that even though home visits are done, she will still keep in touch with me. Malka gave me excellent service and the quality was excellent too.. She is even helping me get transportation and outpatient physical therapy through the doctor.

On 07/14/2026, I placed an order with Byram Healthcare for my monthly medical supplies that was declined for needing updated chart notes is what the agent stated when I called on 07/17/2026. My medical condition is listed as PERMANENT and hasn't changed so why Byram Healthcare would need updated chart notes and PCP information is a mystery to me. On 07/17/2026, my PCP sent over the updated chart notes from my last visit and I placed another order on 07/18/2026. On 07/21/2026, I received another message from Byram Healthcare stating my order was canceled again due to needing updated chart notes. On 07/21/2026, I had my PCP fax over my updated chart notes to Byram Healthcare to fax # 800-521-6291 that was provided by a Byram Healthcare on 07/21/2026. On 07/23/2026, I placed another order and received a message on 07/31/2026, that my order was canceled again to needing updated chart notes. On 07/31/2026, I spoke with a Byram Healthcare agent and was given confirmation they had received my updated chart notes and would ship my order that day. On 08/03/206, I received another message from Byram Healthcare stating my order was canceled again due to needing updated chart notes. On 08/03/2026, I called Byram Healthcare and was told by the agent that the verification department made a mistake and didn't update my file with the updated chart notes and that my order should be released the next day then I requested to speak with a manager and was told there's no manager on staff and to wait 48 hours for a manager to call me back. On 08/04/2026, my PCP called Byram Healthcare to confirm they received the chart notes to release my order. On 08/06/2026, I received yet another message stating my order is canceled due to needing updated chart notes and I still haven't received a call back from a manager to rectify this ongoing issue. Bad enough I have to deal with being paralyzed from the chest down and deal with incontinence, bowel dysfunction and all the other issues caused by paraplegia and now I have to jump through hoops and be given the run around just to get the medical supplies I'm in desperate need of. I warn anyone who's suffering from any ailments that requires you to consistently use medical supplies not to use Byram Healthcare because clearly they don't care about thier customers, thier health nor well-being. I suggest using Edgepark whom I've used as a secondary medical supplier who have delivered my supplies quickly and have not needed any updated medical information nor have made me jump through hoops to get my supplies. Please stay away from BYRAM HEALTHCARE!

You are told both of her aides are on vacation and the have no substitutes available FOR 14 DAYS!!!!!!! My mother was very happy with the 2 aides she had and they provided good care and we want them back when they return from their well deserved vacations. My question was what if my mother had not gone in the hospital, wouldn't they have had a sub... When I called Nicole Bennetti of Priority care, she told me my mother's case worker who approved the vacation time for BOTH aides was no longer with the company. I assume fired for incompetence. What did Nicole tell me: call a new agency or put her in a nursing home for the short term until an aide is available. UNACCEPTABLE TREATMENT OF A 94 YEAR OLD WOMAN!!!!!
