Today is my last day seeing Laura at Pondfield after three months of therapy and if I could give six stars I would. I had neck pain and two fingers on my left hand were numb. I made an appointment with my orthopedist but he couldn't see me for 6 weeks and I knew I needed physical therapy right away. I found Pondfield Physical Therapy because people were raving about them in my local Facebook Moms group. Laura did a full evaluation, she was very knowledgeable. She was able to move my neck in certain positions that would give me back a tingling sensation in my fingers and said I had pinched some discs in my neck. I really liked Laura was very patient and took the time to do a full assessment. She gave me exercises to do at home. I felt like she was going to make me better, it was a huge relief because I was so worried about my numb fingers. I spent the next few weeks seeing Laura regularly getting evaluated, treated and a list of exercises to do at home. By the time I saw the orthopedist, I had some feeling back in my fingers and the MRI confirmed Laura's assessment of pinched discs in my neck. The best thing is I had already been in therapy with an experienced therapist and was feeling better. After three months I had full feeling back in my fingers. I cannot thank Laura and Pondfield enough for making me better. In all my appointments I never felt rushed, it was never crowded, and Laura knew exactly what was going on and the next steps in therapy should be. I would recommend Pondfield to anyone looking for individualized attention and great service from a knowledgeable expert read more
