They gave me a lot of education about keeping an eye on the alternator and the price was fair. During my time waiting there was a tv and good air conditioning which was appreciated on a very hot day. I observed several interactions with customers and they had such a good rapport and tried to provide knowledge as well as good customer service. I feel very fortunate that this happened next to a shop that could help me so quickly and professionally. I will definitely be returning to have my car serviced when needed.
