Ours had a booth that says it fits 12. We had 7 and that felt perfect. I could see 9-10 working, but 12 would be very tight. Now the positives - the vibes and decor are fun and upbeat, and the staff is very attentive with food and drinks. There's a button you press if you need anything, and everything came out quickly. Most of the food was flavorful and spicy - the honey popcorn chicken was a crowd favorite. Drinks were unique, and I appreciated that they brought water carafes right away. The karaoke setup runs through YouTube, which means a lot of commercials you have to manually skip - kind of kills the vibe. Then at 9:30 we were suddenly told our time was up. No warning, no "do you want to extend?" - just a blunt time's up. We explained the decorating situation and that our reservation was technically until 10. After going back and forth, they extended us to 9:55, which we appreciated. Checkout was chaotic. Lots of staff going in and out, confusion around pricing, and overall just disorganized energy at the end. Honestly, it was almost a great experience. Good food, fun concept, nice atmosphere - but the lack of clear communication and the rushed ending really took away from it. With better organization and clearer policies, this place could easily be a win.

The spicy sweet wings seemed boneless at first because they're such a huge piece but there was a small bone inside it(I didn't order boneless). They do give you a couple of side dishes like a mac and cheese coleslaw type thing and radish. The kimchi fries just seemed like a bunch of frozen fries heated up all thrown together with the kimchi toppings. I also got the cheese corn fondue that wasn't bad. As for the meat and banchan, things were hit and miss. The Galbi short ribs were solid and tender. The bulgogi had nice flavor but bad texture. But wow the garlic shrimp was not good. Very over salted and two of the four had poo veins front and center in the butterflied shrimp. The kimchi was refreshing. And most importantly, a large catalogue of songs in several languages. The staff member gave us a tutorial of how to use the technology. Later, due to a glitch, she also gave us a discount! They have at least eight different types of rice balls and sticks for the hot pot, as well as a nice big section for vegetables. If you didn't want the hot pot, there were three entrées, including two types of Korean barbecue beef. I believe there were eight sauce choices where you could mix and match to create your own blend to add to the broth. And if you don't want hot pot or premade Korean dishes, they also had a ramen station with six different brands of noodles, along with ramen cookers to dispense hot water and time your noodles. BEST OF ALL, when we went, there were four varieties of Korean fried chicken, along with fries, some type of seaweed-wrapped rice fritter, and a chopped potato and veggie fritter. To end the meal, they had free ice cream that you could scoop yourself (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, cookies and cream). Our hot pot heated immediately, and the controls were accessible so that we could turn it down when ready. Great service!!!! You need to know that it is a bit hard to find the first time. The shopping center appears to be a U Shape: the restaurant is at the front, far right corner facing Bellaire. It is a couple doors to the right from 85° Bakery.
