I CANNOT recommend this company enough. Ryan was only one of three people (out of 12 companies I…read morecalled) that actually came out to my client's house when they said they would. Out of the three- Ryan offered outstanding value for his service. He literally came in at half the price others were asking. He is fantastic at keeping in communication and answers everything within minutes via text. There is something to be said about this level of service. You just don't see it anymore and it truly is an art. After I started my job with the solar company I began sharing his number with my co-workers since we need to have our own tree guys on hand. He's not employed by our solar company but he sure is helping us out big time. I hope to give him more clients in the future! P.S.- I decided to use this company for my own tree work. His prices were so good that we decided we could actually afford to have more trees and bushes cut than we thought! I live in MA in Worcester County, btw. He definitely travels. Had them address a couple trees on a slope at a Dudley 4 family as well as pending brush removal job there. If office isn't there messages can be left and calls were returned. Reasonable pricing. Good experience.

The owner's personality gets him one star because he seems like a very nice guy. But,…read moreunfortunately, he's the definition of unreliable. A tree destroyed a small structure on my property during a March 2018 nor'easter. This company finally got the tree off my property after several delays and a couple of broken appointments, but I allowed a lot of leeway because of widespread damage and heavy demand for tree services. But even at the end of the day on a Friday near the end of July, this guy failed to make an arranged appointment. So, for the third time, he was a no show, no call, no email, no text, no return call to a message on his company phone (a cell phone). I feel it necessary to also add that when he finally did get the fallen tree off my property, his equipment (an old tractor with a fork lift on the front) left deep ruts in my lawn. I didn't require a fix because I had other contractors coming too (who were delayed because of his delays), but be aware of this possibility.
