Out of the three- Ryan offered outstanding value for his service. He literally came in at half the price others were asking. He is fantastic at keeping in communication and answers everything within minutes via text. There is something to be said about this level of service. You just don't see it anymore and it truly is an art. After I started my job with the solar company I began sharing his number with my co-workers since we need to have our own tree guys on hand. He's not employed by our solar company but he sure is helping us out big time. I hope to give him more clients in the future! P.S.- I decided to use this company for my own tree work. His prices were so good that we decided we could actually afford to have more trees and bushes cut than we thought! I live in MA in Worcester County, btw. He definitely travels. Watching them work was like watching a well rehearsed ballet. The crew worked so well together, it was facinating to watch. The crane operator and the crew member in the tree were so in sync with each other it was amazing. These fellows worked solidly for three hours, cutting, moving limbs, chipping and cleaning any debris. I wish I could give them 10 stars... He was confident in exactly what we needed, stating that he did jobs like this all the time. He gave his honest opinion on how to best approach the job and gave me a quote that came in lower than the ones I had received elsewhere, which included haul away of the branches. We booked for a few weeks out due to the upcoming holiday weekend (4th of July) but then Randy called and said they had an opening for the following day and we hopped on it. The crew showed up 5 min early and got to work quickly. Randy stopped by to go over the details and let his guys take care of the rest. They trimmed all three trees in a little over 3 hours, cleaning as they went. They left my yard exactly how it was before they came, blowing out my driveway and everything. They were efficient and pleasant to have here. My dogs didn't even bark at them, which is saying something! I would highly recommend Randy and his crew if you are looking for quick, quality work and true professionalism with real value.

As you can see from photos the incomplete sidewalk undervalues all with work done on my home. Is this how single senior citizens should treated? I am very stressed and disappointed as now I it will be very difficult to find someone to put in a few feet of concrete.
