Mike came over within a…read morecouple of days of first contacting him and we were extremely impressed with his suggestions, work ethic, ideas, etc. We initially scheduled the project for April 2020 but the pandemic put everything on hold. He was very understanding and stayed in touch with us for the following 3 months ordering supplies, checking on our delivery dates, etc., so he'd have everything ready to install for us. When we finally did schedule the start date, Mike dedicated 3 weeks to our project. He arrived on time, worked all day and stayed in contact every single day to make sure we were happy with that day's progress. He cleaned up every night and made sure all areas of our house (like carpets, walls, other rooms, etc) were protected with dust sheets or plastic lining. We are so thrilled with our new bathroom!!!
