I feel they took advantage of a woman in mourning, who didn't know any better and was easily taken advantage due to my state of mind. I did mention that I had no clue how to move. The communication wasn't there during a very trying time. I felt unseen,unheard and taken advantage of in the end. It took 2 years for me to write this review bc I am still dealing with grief and knew the company wouldn't take any responsibility on their part.
