He was very quick to respond when I reached out, his communication for giving us a quote and the emails following booking in regards to the special paint he would be using was reassuring. I've attached some pictures, though I don't have close ups, I promise his prep of power washing and taping around windows and trim was well executed! Can make such the difference. We have vinyl siding and he used the special Benjamin Moore Revive exterior. He was very well reasonably priced. I couldn't believe that I had other quotes for nearly double what he charged for the same job. I felt very respected when I shared that I would be painting doors and garage door on my own to save money, he never tried to up-sale extra work.

It came out very nice and I am very pleased. The man was friendly and all business. My only complaint is that when he left on Friday he said I will be here tomorrow between 8:30/9:00. I waited for him to come but no show so I contacted the owner who apologized for him saying he would be here but because it was a holiday weekend he would not be here until Tuesday. I could have got together with friends had I known that before noon. That is my only complaint.

Our 120 year old home was in dire need of exterior painting. We were referred to Painting By Marge,…read moreand from the start, we were impressed with Marge's professionalism and attention to detail. She came to evaluate the project personally, and took time to explain to us in considerable detail what the job would entail. The next day she emailed her proposal via a system on which we could make any adjustments, and authorize the job electronically. This was a welcome change from other service companies who have left us waiting for proposals, often indefinitely. Her crew was prompt, friendly, and showed great care in keeping our property neat and clean. Their prep work was extensive and meticulous - often manually scraping wood siding and eaves which are at least 25 feet high. Marge came to check on the progress throughout the project, and when we asked for a bit of additional work to be done, she worked it in seamlessly. This job had to be a challenge, to say the least. At our home's age, it is rare to find any straight, level or smooth surfaces. And yet the finished result is beautiful! The wood siding, eaves, and original windows all look brand new! We have since had Marge's crew back to do interior work as well, and the results are just as remarkable.

They didn't cover some of the windows before painting and got the over-spray on the windows, on lighting fixtures, on plants, and trim work. When they went to get extra paint they got the wrong color and were arguing with me that it wasn't wrong until I had to physically show them on a scrap piece of wood. They damaged my window screens with razor blades when removing the plastic covering when they did cover the windows. They used a power washer to rinse of my shrubs and ended up remove the leaves. They wouldn't perform work that was in the contract. They damage my stone walls when they walked on them after being told at the beginning of everyday to stay off the walls. I had to provide paint rollers because the crew didn't show up with them. You will be sorry if you hire these clowns.
