I already had a replacement toilet ready for the downstairs bathroom. The repair guy checked the toilet and the surrounding floor. He patched the floor to make it stable for now as he switched in the toilet I already bought. He used a mask. He kept the trash in a limited area so it was disposed of easily afterwards. The new toilet works much better than the old one. The repair guy and I went to the store and got a second toilet for downstairs. He was able to install that one too. That one works fine too.

I'm very particular about such things, and I am quite satisfied. I noticed that another reviewer had trouble scheduling in the fall. We actually also did have a similar issue. But the thing is that seems to be a tradeoff you make you choose a company with a small crew and more oversight. When there are only a few guys and the boss is onsite with them, it's undoubtedly harder to keep schedules when things take longer than expected. If you're a massive company that has several crews and the boss is nowhere to be found, then it would probably be easier to always have the needed workers in place to do the job on schedule. Obviously, it makes things easier if schedules are kept, but even more important to me is getting a quality job.
