I tried calling the company multiple times to talk to someone. No one answered. We did try to communicate with them before calling the police. The company should have proactively reached out to us to ask for permission before just setting up shop on private property. That's inexcusable and poor business. The quote in writing with proof of insurance was emailed within an hour of Dextre's first visit. Time for removal was established and kept as promised.
