My boyfriend is a wimp when it comes to alcohol, and maybe it's because of that, but their Long Island Iced Tea had a bite to it. If you're not sitting at the bar, you have to go up to it to order. There were a lot of people who didn't know that sitting around for a server looking to leave. The only thing that makes it awkward is that when it comes to drinks, it feels like you have to stay and wait for them to come back with the drink. With food, they'll bring it out to you. My main issue is that we came in on a Friday. I don't know if this is an every week thing, but for this week, it was a Fish Fry Friday. We were told that we couldn't order off the regular menu until 7:00, and it was 4:00 when we got there. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt - on one hand, it's a special and they want to sell them, on the other, I don't want to sit around for three hours waiting to eat something. The staff was not pulling any tricks on us, but took care of our hookah and assured a good experience. Our hookha was looked after, coals were regularly replenished without us having to request it. The bartenders, ushers and the rest of the staff are friendly. They have a couple bar areas set up which usually shut down about 30 minutes to an hour before the end of the concert, so make sure you are aware of this ahead of time.

I was the only one in my party who actually stayed warm throughout the show because the place was barely heated it seemed. we all wore our hats gloves and coats the whole time. my dad was freezing when we left and my fiancés toes were numb! otherwise four stars for sure. there were plenty of seats and a balcony also, it was a very nice inside, recently renovated.
