After 5 days of your car sitting... They submit an initial estimate to your insurance, then wait for approval. After that, they finally bring your car in and start tearing it down -- in my case, about a week after I had already dropped it off. Even more frustrating, they still didn't have a clear or final estimate after all that time. So your car just sits there while you're left in the dark about what's actually happening, what it's going to cost, or how long it will take. There is a serious lack of transparency and communication throughout the entire process. If you value your time and want clear expectations, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I ordered a part that they kept saying was the hold up and had it here within days and delivered it up on my own. And then they weren't even nice about that. So when the car was done I just drive around to the front and left it at the dealership to sell for me. Hahahaha on me, the car sat for 2 months because they were asking for way too much. Well I went and picked my car up and drove it home. I hadn't gotten 2 blocks away and heard some clunking under the car so I pulled off the road and started investigating. The under carriage wasn't even bolted together and was dragging. In my search I noticed the wheel well cover was also missing. What a joke this place is. I will never do business here again.

Larry H Miller Collision Center was referred to me by the insurance company after my car was…read moredamaged by my neighbor. A door panel needed to be replaced and then the whole side needed re-painting. Dan did a very good job walking me through every step of the process and emailing and calling me to let me know what was happening. Even after the job was done, I noticed that one tiny piece of plastic covering a screw on the inside of the door panel came loose. It appeared to have been damaged when the door was being repaired. They got me a new one and got that fixed right away. The job looks well done and the process was very smooth. 2 thumbs up from me!
