There was a new girl there who immediately walked over to me. She asked what I was in for and when I told her I swear her eyes lite up... i immediately thought oh boy here comes the commissioned sales attempt... but no. She asked me what I had in mind and we sat down and she went over that product with me, never once trying to up sell. I knew about the product and she seemed happy I did my research before coming in. She got me exactly what I wanted and thanked me for my patronage. When I left I felt good but also ashamed that I doubted her integrity when we first staring talking phones. Employees are always friendly but at this location they seem like they don't know what they're doing half the time and seem the mess up accounts. I turned in a home internet unit I never used and it was brand new sealed. They opened it rather than putting it in store stock. The next problem is they NEVER CANCELLED the line! I had to call support and have them do it and now I'm hoping the equipment clears the account. I kept the receipt for the turn in but it should be easy and come off quick not be a challenge.

It won't charge, nothing. The clerk, Christie or Christine Shaffer/Schaefer (however it's spelled) was unprofessional and rude. She immediately accused me of dropping the phone multiple times because the case was cracked (the case was used and cracked when I received it). I have worked hard to take care of this phone as it's my first smart phone. She refused to hear me out, she would not even begin to troubleshoot the issue. If I could file a complaint directly with her manager I would. One of the worst experiences I've had at a US Cellular.
