my Whirlpool washer was still under warranty. I bought outside of Drees, but when something went…read morewrong, Whirlpool set me up with the only local service tech per my zip code, Drees. My apt date came and no Tech. I called Drees to find out why. A female informed me that they received the Service Order but it had no accept or reject attached as usual. So instead of doing anything, she told myself, and Whirlpool who was still on the line, that it subsequently went into an unmonitored email. She then informed me that Drees takes care of consumers of their establishment first, prior to their party requests. I asked why I was not informed weeks prior when I made the request via Whirlpool. The rep at Drees put us on hold while she spoke "with the owner". She came back on the line to tell us that the owner is rejecting our service request. She then hung up mid call leaving no resolution. The only thing Whirlpool could do is set up another appointment a week later with Drees. I posted my review and received a generic apology, shifting the blame onto Whirlpool. Drees response had no resolution for my ongoing problem. Therefore, since no one had the decency to reach out to me... here is my response to the reply from the "owner" that had no name. Good Morning "Owner" without a name attached. While I appreciate you actually took time to write a response, it comes across as extremely generic to the issue that arose. Your response seems to shift the blame onto Whirlpool, which we all concluded on the three way call, that Drees did nothing with the order once they received it. It was basically tossed into an unmonitored email making the appointment doomed to fail. Myself, nor Whirlpool, would have had no inclination that the service was at a halt at the hands of Drees. I understand businesses have human error, but the female rep was unprofessional in her mannerisms and claimed the "owner" rejected our service call because your company is too busy to serve someone who is not a consumer of your establishment. Your apology seems empty and without resolution to this matter. It appears to have only been posted to reserve your reputation. You have all of my info if you truly wanted to reach out to me. Again, bad for business...
