First it's a cool store, it's an outdoor outfitter with everything you need and all the best outdoor brands. The staff is great; helpful and friendly and we had a great conversation with our salesperson. The prices are what you would expect for Patagonia and Northface but they had a side walk sale with some amazing deals! This store has a great vibe and I will definitely go back next time I'm in the area.

I found several items I was interested in but then decided they didn't deserve my business and left once again unnoticed It's a shame as I have purchased their wearables pants (6 pair), which I just love, but never again! My experience reminded me of the scene in Pretty Woman, where Julia Roberts was snubbed by the shop staff and came back when she was dressed to the nines and the staff were all over her to assist her. Such a shame! Maybe I just didn't fit the Patricia Shoppe customer image!

There are already multiple complaints about the woman running that location, and after witnessing her behavior firsthand, I understand why. My friend was wearing a "Trust Black Women" shirt, which caused the older woman working there to ask about its meaning - not out of curiosity, but to argue. Her behavior was rude, hostile, and completely inappropriate for someone interacting with customers. Apparently this is not an isolated complaint, which makes the lack of any apparent effort to address the problem even more disappointing. We won't be returning to the Fish Creek location, and I wouldn't recommend it.
