I know you can't pick your service representative, but Brooke is truly among the best! I walked into the store and was greeted with a warm welcome and a smiling face. After looking at all the phones, Brooke approached me. She told me about the current offers available as well as the pros and cons of each phone I was looking at and was patient while I was making my decision. I ended up getting the Samsung S7. I asked her about transferring my contacts over and she did better. She was able to transfer all my contacts, photos, videos, settings, wallpaper, literally everything from my old phone on to my new one in minutes. After everything was transferred to my satisfaction, Brooke explained that I could get $240 for my old phone if I restore to factory settings (which she did for me) and trade it in. Between the current deal and trading in my phone, I ended up getting the phone for free! I definitely recommend this store as it was clean and the staff was professional and personable. ***TIP*** If possible use the "popular times chart" on google to plan your visit. My family warned me that it is busy, but I went at 1000 and I was helped immediately.

The online site says they can't activate my phone either. The "loop" they have you on is automated. Whomever designed this "system" of customer service. Be it CISCO, or inhouse should have been fired. This is NOT service. If you can't compete with service from Verizon, or even consumer cellular, perhaps we should file a complaint with the FCC to have you eliminated as a service provider.
