Since Spectrum took over the cable TV and internet service for my area, there has been a 32 unit apartment complex that houses elderly and disabled residents that has been left without those services for going on 4 months now. I just received my "new" phone, but I have to figure out how to activate it online. Good luck with that BS. And they have a customer "sales" office 509 miles away, and when I call it, it's the same 800 number that tells me they can't activate my phone, and to look online. The online site says they can't activate my phone either. The "loop" they have you on is automated. Whomever designed this "system" of customer service. Be it CISCO, or inhouse should have been fired. This is NOT service. If you can't compete with service from Verizon, or even consumer cellular, perhaps we should file a complaint with the FCC to have you eliminated as a service provider. read more

Service goes on and off all the time. Suggest you use Dish. When it does work it is ok if you are in town

Charter cable blows when i went with them 2 years ago i had got the gold package no internet or phone an my bill was 104 a month now 2 years later for the same thing i am paying 163 an to top it off they have taken have my movies channels away an want us to pay another 60 $$$$ i do not recomend this to others its plain highway robbery !! Worst service ever. You can't talk to the local people you deal with. When you have a problem they don't want to help you solve it and the only thing they want to do is upgrade you to more services.
