And they have a customer "sales" office 509 miles away, and when I call it, it's the same 800 number that tells me they can't activate my phone, and to look online. The online site says they can't activate my phone either. The "loop" they have you on is automated. Whomever designed this "system" of customer service. Be it CISCO, or inhouse should have been fired. This is NOT service. If you can't compete with service from Verizon, or even consumer cellular, perhaps we should file a complaint with the FCC to have you eliminated as a service provider.

I have never once had a bad experience here and I have walked into that building with some whoppers! I won't forget my most recent visit, I was looking to upgrade two phones on my plan. There was a new girl there who immediately walked over to me. She asked what I was in for and when I told her I swear her eyes lite up... i immediately thought oh boy here comes the commissioned sales attempt... but no. She asked me what I had in mind and we sat down and she went over that product with me, never once trying to up sell. I knew about the product and she seemed happy I did my research before coming in. She got me exactly what I wanted and thanked me for my patronage. When I left I felt good but also ashamed that I doubted her integrity when we first staring talking phones. She knew her stuff and never tried to up sell, she had her customer's wants first! And honestly I hope this review can serve as a recompense for my doubt. This store is full of amazing people!
