They did poor work running wires and cable to.other rooms. Customer service is poor. One day I called at 5:15 pm.. Sat on hold until a few minutes after 6 to be told customer service is now closed call back tomorrow. A couple times on a Friday I called to pay my bill over the phone. I was told there was a staff meeting to call back later. Cable service is alright. Internet has outages once in a while but when it's up, its does the job. I attached pictures of how they installed the cable. They've been promising for four years to straighten this out.. but I guess they would rather have techs do a service call in the middle of winter and 2 feet of snow to change frozen splitters

I was…read morenervous when ownership changed hands but there was a completely smooth transition and I've continued to have amazing service. As the company grows pass that on to the customer, i.e. bandwidth increases etc. Today I emailed about my service being out and thinking it had to do with the severe winter weather. I was called within an hour to troubleshoot over the phone. When that didn't work they came to my house within 10 minutes to address the issue. Turns out my is a jerk and ate the lines going into the house. These two guys worked in Sub-Zero Arctic weather to run new lines for me and get me back up and running. Awesome company, locally owned, for sure the way to go for all your internet needs!! Thank you Fast-Air!!

Very unfortunate they are the only resource available. They certainly don't appear interested in expanding or solving infrastructure issues for existing customers.

I mounted a pipe on a big rock on the shore, which I hope survives the ice. I was not told they had a lift that they brought to my neighbors and went way up in a tree and mounted theirs. This would have been a better option for us. This is our only complaint. Service is great. Ability to put in winter mode is great. Best we switch out Verison phones to internet mode and dropped a land line.

When you call to report a problem the only thing their useless people do is say to restart your router. Last week we called technical support and was told there was no problem on there end and we need a new router. 4 days later they send out a notice that they have been experiencing major outage problems for over 4 days, yet the jerks at tech support we're not aware of it! If you call with a problem, they tell you they will expedite it, and then it takes 3-5 days before they call back! They don't care that people need the internet to do their jobs. The only reason they are still in business is because there are no other options! Their value is crap because we pay for crappy service that is ALWAYS going out!
