Owner refuses to give the necessary information on purchases made on behalf of homeowner to activate warranties saying warranty information is theirs and if there is a problem customer would have to contact them verses the manufacturer. So warranties for windows, doors, siding, insulation cannot be used by homeowner. This is not correct. read more
