The guys were very knowledgeable, fast, and extremely friendly and responsive. This was literally the definition of good customer service. Cannot say enough good things about this experience! I was toldthe draft motor was bad and needed a 1,000 replacement, but a independent evaluation found it was not defective. I also obtained independent opinions that the secondary heat exchanger was defective. During this time, my wife and I were experiencing headaches while using the furnace. After requesting the company inspect the issue, I was told to stop contacting them. I had a very disappointing experience and now working with another contractor that did a replacement. The owner also told me he had plenty of customers and didn't need my business.

Reinhard Plumbing, Fish Creek, has been our go-to for home plumbing servicing for over 20-years…read more You might say we grew up with them. They in every sense of the word take care of us. This past year, they stopped by to check on an issue we had in our "water closet." They saw we were in need of a water heater, and within a month installed a recommended water heater and had it set-up with safe-guards. We found a water leak that was just starting to appear, so the timing was impeccable for troubleshooting. Very grateful to them for grabbing-the-brass-ring and making this happen for us quite unexpectedly, in such a short period of time during the pandemic, and doing such a thorough job. Their loyal service through the years past and years to come is so appreciated, "thank you." We wouldn't have a home if it wasn't for your servicing specifically and in our communities. Laurie
