They did poor work running wires and cable to.other rooms. Customer service is poor. One day I called at 5:15 pm.. Sat on hold until a few minutes after 6 to be told customer service is now closed call back tomorrow. A couple times on a Friday I called to pay my bill over the phone. I was told there was a staff meeting to call back later. Cable service is alright. Internet has outages once in a while but when it's up, its does the job. I was…read morenervous when ownership changed hands but there was a completely smooth transition and I've continued to have amazing service. As the company grows pass that on to the customer, i.e. bandwidth increases etc. Today I emailed about my service being out and thinking it had to do with the severe winter weather. I was called within an hour to troubleshoot over the phone. When that didn't work they came to my house within 10 minutes to address the issue. Turns out my is a jerk and ate the lines going into the house. These two guys worked in Sub-Zero Arctic weather to run new lines for me and get me back up and running.
