"Tim" called 2 hours before the class to tell me it was cancelled. There was no apology for the short notice. Just an, "I'll get back to you" about rebooking. Katherine emailed me February 25, asking if we could come to a class 2 days later. I explained, that 2 days notice wasn't really sufficient and that my mom was coming from 90 minutes away. I asked for other dates that they could accommodate us. With no response by April 12, 2025, I kindly asked for a refund. There was no reply. I sent a second email, stating I wasn't really happy with the lack of communication and wanted to look for another studio, again asking that they refund my payment. No reply. I sent a third email yesterday, stating that I expected a reply within a week. Asked them to do the right thing here. I stated that if I didn't hear from them within a week, I would take that as meaning they had no intention of giving me a refund and would seek other means to collect my money. Tim called me this morning - it would seem - just to have an argument with me. He told me that I was rude in my email. I corrected him, that actually, I thought I'd asked quite politely. I told him that communication with the studio was horrendous. At that point, he swore ("yeah...f*ck, whatever man...) a couple of times and then sarcastically said, "yeah, good luck finding another studio!" I could not imagine poorer communication or more unprofessional service. I suspect they are good at the actual glass-blowing, but customer service was absolutely terrible. I ultimately did get a refund. Cannot say I would recommend.

I'm a little surprised at the relatively low overall rating, though it looks as though some had…read moresome pretty specific issues that others may not likely run into. Admittedly, I don't have too much to compare to as I've only done much smaller courses indoors. However, there are still 5 fairly large (IMO) courses) and it does largely require the advertised three hours. I think it's pretty good value for the experience, the relatively high staffing ratio and large course. There's quite a mix of obstacles in terms of crossing, so it's not simply repeating the same thing. All five courses each have their own zip line and some are a pretty good distance. I found staff very helpful and quite patient with everyone. You get about a 20 minute intro, but it's very much needed as you need to know how to hook yourself up safely and even set up on a zipline on your own (but they're there for the first one). I'll be honest, I did deliberately try and position myself near the start so I wouldn't be in the back of our cohort. You may want to consider doing the same, though it seems as though after a bit of time it spreads out pretty well. Note that the giant zipline that goes back and forth across the lake is an extra $18 or so. It's well worth it from my experience since you're travelling a few hundred meters (each way) and get the speed and distance you'd associate with a thrill ride. The ones in the course are still pretty fun though, especially when they're your first experiences. I was okay without gloves as I have fairly calloused hands, and I'm proud of my daughter for barely complaining though I could see they were a bit red when done. They should probably do a better job of suggesting it to people when purchasing tickets as I heard others expressing that they wished they had them. You hold onto cables virtually all times when crossing and at times there's a good amount of tension. Plus, for them, it's a wasted opportunity as they could probably make good money selling cheaper pairs. All that said, it doesn't affect my rating and I was fine personally. For me it made for a wonderful day and mixing: adventure, exercise and nature are right up my alley. A bit crazy that it took me so long to get to this place since it's so close, but very glad that I did.

We had the whole place to ourselves and even got to choose our own playlist ( the speakers are good so this would be a good option for a fun night out with friends on the wekeend too!) The karts are so fast I was surprised by how fast they were. Our youngest driver was also able to drive independently, and the staff were so lovely helping him get comfortable and showing him how to operate the kart. We ordered a food package with our event and it was delicious. They set it up buffet style in one of the party rooms and had all the utensils, etc, we needed. Ohh and they have a games room with ping pong! I will definitely be back to throw another work event but also probably for a girls' night out!

The staff are helpful and clear with the go-carters. Kids did some good fun driving and even a bit of drifting. There is a screen with lap times and winner etc. Also there is a podium where can stand with a cup. Between races there was a party room, and a room boys played the tennis. Safety talk is very clear, helmets fitted and staff adjusted. Would recommend to anyone. Its clean fuel - electric power. Surface os good. Not a huge track but good enough. 0 4 drivers per race. Booking online too.

This newer location was bigger, more spacious, and had more obstacles and areas such as dodgeball & volleyball arena and arcade games (which you can play after finished with going through the obstacle course). I really liked the diversity of all of the courses. For some of them, you can choose the 'easy' or 'hard' version. Once you finish going through all of the obstacles in the course (which took ~30-45 minutes), you can play dodgeball, volleyball, arcade games, giant Jenga, giant 4-In-A-Row, try scaling up one of the vertical walls, or go through any of the obstacles again. Staff were all super friendly and energetic, from the ones who greeted us at the front and helped us check in, to the ones who explained the rules once inside. Useful tips: - Sign the waiver online to save time when checking in. - Bring a lock or you can purchase one at the front desk for $4. - There is ample parking space in the parking lot right outside the building, and TTC bus stop is 2-8 minutes walk (depending on which bus # you take). - There is a vending machine where you can purchase drinks. - It's better to wear long pants or leggings instead of shorts because in some obstacles, there are 'slides' component and parts where the surface can rub hard against the skin (and pants also do a better job at protecting the knee when crawling).

After that you are instructed to start on the easiest courses and work your way through. What is not disclosed is that you have to sign an additional waiver when your inside (aside from the one on arrival). The odd thing is that it is just a notebook and the student employees just ask you did you do all the other courses before attempt the most advanced course. It's pretty loosey goosey, instead of this system a stamp system should be used or a passport system because if they are using this for liability is a signature request under duress (is what I understand from my legal eagle knowledge). Considering the risk, I would say more needs to be done. The whole course are supervised and the summer hired students are trained to radio each other when a new person is going on the course. The two customer limit on platform are loosely reinforced. I did find that some of the platforms were short on the landing for the mini zipline sections. And on the course the student hires warned us it's slippery because it was wet. Perhaps add some slip grips just because you're flying in at high speed into the landing in some cases (especially when you're pretty large). Good things is that if you wanted the zipline experience you get it through the whole course. You can get away with just paying for the whole course. If you're a parent you may want to go in and just have a look how things are run before putting your kids through the track for the peace of mind. The other thing is that you also want to have a telephoto lens on your slr if you're watching from the ground or hookup your child with a go pro for the fun of watching later. Overall difficulty was intermediate. I think to level up try the course without holding on anything. This was my first time doing this. I would have preferred more physical challenges on the course. There are washrooms behind the sign in cabin. Two toilets in the female. But if you want cleaner go back to the resort. So I rated this four star for the following reason. 1. Price point is steep on a single visit, even with coupons. Season pass may be better; 2. The course liability on-site could be better, I just wonder what happened if there was an accident and if the location did enough to protect customers; 3. The course is full of student employees, surely trained well. But considering young kids on the course a few adult staff would make it feel safer. There were times when I know none if the staff we watching me because I was sloppy on the security straps-without realizing until my date warned me (thanks); 4. Washrooms are not clean on the premise of the trekking. Go to horseshoe resort.
