Now they've moved to Brookshire, and I take it they do more cowboy hat sales than what I am usually looking for. They mostly deal in Stetson, and they make a pretty good dress(fedora) hat. Mr. Shudde informed me that they basically donated their profits to the Brookwood mentally challenged , so you've got to respect that (this as he told me, is that after paying the overhead, all the profits go to their trust and he gets paid a salary). How noble, for a business that's been around over 100 years. Would like to see a greater variety of dress hats, and a pork pie, homburg. and a Borsalino (Mr. Sinatra's favorite), but he could order any of these if you so desire. He also has the new " Indiana Jones" line for the novice. I highly suggest you visit this store, even if you're not a hat person. Take your hat in to get it blocked as well. Don't miss his wall of fame where a pantheon of celebrities have left their autographs. You're gonna find more western style hats, but it is Brookshire, so that's how its gonna be. Now, let me get out of here before I blow my salary

Care instructions are in this case irrelevant as I have never worn this hat and would gladly send it in for replacement if your company would cover return shipping as should have been provided in the first place. Also, I shared a review on Google very shortly after receiving the "replacement" which did not warrant a response, therefore I consider this review of your company's quality and value as valid. Completely unacceptable. I ordered a four hundred dollar hat that arrived completely misshapen and unwearable. When I called to remedy the situation, the gentleman didn't seem to believe me. He made me pay fifty dollars to ship back a defective product. Several days after it arrived, I called for a status update, and he told me that he couldn't see anything wrong, and that it was okay for a misshapen brim because the hat was handmade. Handmade American should be a mark of high quality, not an excuse for poor craftsmanship! Utterly disgraceful! Nevertheless he assured me that he would send me a proper product. Alas, what I received was the exact same hat in the exact same shape as it was! At this point I would have been better off to order a Chinese knockoff than pay four hundred and fifty dollars for a poorly made piece of junk! What a waste of money! I am very disappointed by this company pretending to manufacture high quality American made products!

My fellow Yelper and I visited the store prior too a Yelp event in Katy. But there many locations around town. The staff were pretty pleasant and checked on us often throughout. We got lucky on some cute clothes on sale, so I stocked up. We plan to return for boots and cowboy hats. They have a hat bar, where you can customize your cowboy hat with initials etc. The have a feminine energy section called "let's go girls" (or guys), with some cutesy sparkley, fun, bold colorful, tall or short, unique boots.
