The avocado were perfectly prepared, there was a bit of lettuce, a bit of cotjita I think (white, crumbled Mexican cheese), and the chipotle sauce had a very nice tang with smoky flavor. A lime slice and a beautiful slice of watermelon radish garnish were placed on the side and went perfectly with the tacos. My friend had both the carnitas (pork tacos) and the beef and had good things to report. There was less than a 5 minute wait and the staff were very nice. When you see the line by his grills, know IT'S REALLY WORTH THE WAIT. Gary is also a super nice guy.
