This store discriminates against people with legitimate health conditions. Those who cannot physically wear a mask are forced to leave. I will not support a business that is completely ignorant to the laws set in place that prohibit disability discrimination. The ADA requires "reasonable modifications" of policies, practices, or procedures, such as the face mask rule, when necessary to provide goods and services to individuals with disabilities. Looks like this will become a legal matter. A little advice for the manager: Maybe you should educate yourself on these legal matters before forcing a faithful customer to leave without grounds to do so. And the curbside pickup option for a used clothing store is a joke. Why would anyone want you and your staff to pick out their children's clothing for them?

Stopped in here to get out of traffic on a busy Friday afternoon…read more This was a different format of a Target than my local Target, but that's fine, I could easily find what I needed, or what wasn't really needed and what was really just an impulse buy. I spent about an hour here, looking and eventually buying the black yoga pants I came in for. I'm always happy to find exactly what I came in for. Target is good for that.

I purchased some items from the babies clearance section. I found some really cute things for my 3 month old granddaughter. One item was marked at $11.20. Cool. When I went to the self checkout and it rang up at $16.00. I called over the employee and pointed out the price difference. She looked at me and said.... Hmmm that does not seem right. And that's the wrong sticker on that item. Are you sure about that? I told her yes. And there are more over there with the same tag. She said.... I'll let it slide this time. But I can't do that for you again. It's the wrong sticker. Excuse me??? That is not the same conversation I heard her have with the lady next to me. She was more than happy to adjust the price. Anyhow.... It is what it is. I'll still shop at Target. Just had to point out this unfortunate interaction.

EVgo makes this an easy stop because I can charge the car while wandering around the outdoor shopping center, use a clean air conditioned bathroom, grab refreshments or a quick bite and browse the stores. I especially like stopping at 3Natives for a healthier option, with wraps and bowls that make much more sense to me than the usual mall food. I always check Macy's Last Act too, because I refuse to pay full retail when patience usually pays off. One thing I found particularly interesting was how culturally diverse the crowd felt. I noticed a strong South Asian and Middle Eastern presence, along with a mix of families and shoppers that gave the center more character than I expected from a suburban shopping destination. I enjoy that kind of people watching because you get a little glimpse into how different communities are living, shopping and spending their time. I'm still mostly browsing rather than buying, but between the EV charging, good food options and people watching, Wiregrass has turned out to be a surprisingly useful stop for me.

I had a really good experience at this Rooms to Go. I entered the store knowing exactly what I…read morewanted (which helps when you go into a huge store full of commission-based sales people). Their kids' furniture showroom is on steroids. As soon as I walked in, I started to second guess what I was really there for. Ultimately, I wanted a blue dresser and matching nightstands for my son's room (he's bittersweetly growing out of the changing table phase). My sales person was Lou and he was very kind and knowledgeable. I really wanted the furniture right away and since I'm a teacher and couldn't be home for the delivery, he advised that I could head down to the warehouse in Lakeland to pick it up myself. I foolishly thought I would fit everything in my SUV. That was on me. As a result, I ended up taking TWO same day round trips to and from North Tampa to Lakeland to get all of the furniture I paid for. The furniture I purchased is of high quality and VERY HEAVY. Thank God for kind neighbors who helped me get it up my narrow staircase. If I'm ever in the market for new furniture, I will likely return to this Rooms To Go. I do like Ashley and other brands but R2G has been around since I was a kid and that should be worth something.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Rooms To Go…read more I purchased a sofa from them, and after normal use, it caused visible, permanent damage to my flooring in the exact areas where the sofa was placed (see photos). These are not minor marks--these are deep stains/pressure damage that cannot be removed, effectively ruining sections of my floor. When I contacted the store and customer service, I expected them to stand behind their product. Instead, they refused to take responsibility, offering no meaningful solution, no repair, and no accountability. Let me be clear: This was normal use, not misuse The damage is directly linked to the sofa's materials/feet The issue appeared exactly where the sofa was positioned For a company of this size, this level of customer support is unacceptable. Selling furniture that damages flooring--and then refusing to address it--is simply not okay. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying furniture here to: Be very cautious Check what materials are in contact with your floors Document everything Because if something goes wrong, don't expect them to help you. Very disappointing experience.
