As you walk around you will find all of the major retailers and some good food places. I got a chance to stop and rest at one of the many seating areas when my wife went in to shop at her favorites. I also got a chance to take advantage of the Military Veteran discounts at some of the stores. Many are offered.

Multiple times I've had rude customer service in the store. When I tried to bring in some more…read moreclothes for them to sell and make a profit from, they told me that our balance for the clothes of ours that they sold was too high and wouldn't let us bring in any more. But when I tried to collect on the balance owed to us, they said, too late, it's been over a year and you can't have your money. So beware: if they sell the clothes/items you bring in I'd collect the money immediately.

It was on clearance and I was unable to find matching slacks. I was going to return it but when I called the representative said to keep it and they would credit my account. To my surprise I received a full credit in two days! A few weeks later I brought the coat to the store to see if I could find a pair of slacks close in color. My salesman spent 15+ minutes online looking and found the matching pants, however I had to purchase them online. He assisted me with the purchase, discovered that they were on clearance and waived the delivery fee! I received them today and a perfect match. I still need a shirt, tie and shoes and you know I will be back! Kudos to the service, selection and value. You have won me over as a lifetime customer.

I took up fragrance back and they try to talk me into the fact that it was not their product and that I was confused that I did not buy it there. They told me I bought it at JCPenney. I went to JCPenney and they said they do not carry that product. Come to find out that this is a practice that the fragrance people there do all the time. I will not be back to Macy's. What a dishonest practice I purchased so many items from Macy's for Christmas and I'm sure hoping that none of my family have the same issue. I own my own business for 18 years and that's probably why that Macy's will be going out of business.
