The ladies were telling me upfront that they do have specials throughout the month, So the lady upfront made sure to give me a flyer when we checked out. :) It is a little chaotic in the store, but you can find your way around pretty easy .

Pricing was a bit all over the place - some items overpriced, others a very good deal - but that is pretty standard for thrift shops throughout the state. Staff were all super nice and attentive. They had a really fun ticket discount system when I went! You get to pull a ticket from a bag to determine the discount you got off the posted price. I am a sucker for a surprise and a bargain!

Riley (my grandson) is growing so fast, outgrowing clothing fast, as to be expected- so I was thrilled to find a 5 pack of onsies on sale for $14! That's less than $3 each- heck yeah! Plus I may have snagged some clearance items too. Most of this kids clothing past 9 months has been from me and I continue to spoil him relentlessly. He doesn't know it yet though, other than I spoil him with love. My daughter signed up for their rewards program and I will be sure to use her phone number even if I shop in Jax.

And now, thanks to Valhalla, that dream is a reality. The idea of having an extended wardrobe without worrying about laundry is incredible. My first visit is still one of my favorite memories. Sheliza had an entire rack curated just for me, filled with pieces that matched my style perfectly. It felt personal, thoughtful, and fun. The membership pricing is fair, and the heart behind the business shows. Danielle, the owner, recently offered to direct monthly membership fees toward helping a member and coworker cover medical expenses. Something you don't often see in a business. It's environmentally friendly, creative, and women-owned. What more could you ask for?

I never liked shopping because I was constantly comparing my body to the way I thought clothes were "supposed" to look on me; I was always overwhelmed and discouraged in big-brand stores, consignment shops, and small boutiques. It turns out I don't hate shopping - I just needed help from people who care about inclusivity and understanding. The clothes and jewelry are priced fairly and organized well. Being a member is worthwhile - I often pop in the day of an event I'm attending and walk out with a perfect outfit catered to my style and comfort. Valhalla is completely unique; fighting the good fight in opposition to fast fashion. I feel important and special here - I have saved money and energy by being a member.

I always leave with someone when I visit this store. There's GREAT options for gifts, and quite a few Florida/Tampa styled gift options, which we love for our friends and family that live out of state. The employees have always been friendly when I've been here, many times there's an employee walking around the floor offering help or a dressing room if needed. The pricing for items is all over the place since it's a bunch of different small businesses - but I would say most of it is reasonable. I've shopped some of these small businesses at markets and stuff around Tampa, so the pricing is pretty on par for what you'd find.

It is located in the same strip mall as Health Mutt. There are parking spots directly in front of the store, or across the street. I really liked this small shop. They had merchandise located both inside and out back. It looked like they had bought whole collections, because they had multiples of the same item in different patterns. They also had a great collection of holiday items; a choice of six or so different Chanukah menorahs, and a nice assortment of old-fashioned Christmas decorations. I bought one menorah, and a cool plug-in Christmas tree in a lantern snow globe, complete with lights and music. I also ended up buying a small cat Lladro to add to my collection. While I was there another woman was buying some really cute animal paintings, that I almost wish I had seen first! The woman working the register was friendly and helpful, and she told me they intended to have new material arriving on a weekly basis.
