The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without hovering. I think four different staff must have assisted me or answered my questions about which fiber textiles worked best for the different projects I had in mind. One even shared a stitch for crochet that I will try: linen stitch. It can be intimidating and overwhelming trying to figure out which yarns work best for different uses and everyone was so helpful. I drove an hour down from Orlando because this store had the most recommendations on reviews and reddit threads and I'm so glad I did. The owners were really nice, explaining how the store in laid out with regard to the yarn weights. I asked about Cashmere yarn; they had it. Yak yarn; they had it. Yarns from countries that I didn't know produced yarns - Japan. They have their own private label yarn as well. This is a destination store if you're anywhere in Florida. If you use yarn in any way, you will love this place. I told my friend I'll be back to visit, if only to go back to Four Purls.
