Worst Customer Service!…read more I had a coupon for $10 off for signing up with their annoying email. I went to their store and bought 2 full outfits for my daughter's pictures. After cashing out and leaving a co-worker of mine stopped me. After chatting I was anxious to show her the matching clothes I bought for my girls. After pulling out the items...1 was stained and 1 was the wrong size. I went back to exchange...OF COURSE THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK. My outfits were a disaster. Stressed out I went up to the cashier...she didn't offer me a thing! No help, no resolution! So I had to return them...but instead I just wanted a exchange. Don't you know she refused to let me use my $10 off coupon again! Clearly it wasn't my fault...it was the companies! I'm so tired of walking in that store and the women looking miserable. Not one staff member will really help you...The store is a joke. I don't need my hand held, or a whooping $10 discount...but as a customer...the store is always out of stock and the line is always ridiculously long. Shop online!

Also, the sales taxes are lower in PA. Kohl's is a chain store that you can find in a number of states. I love how the layout of each store is either identical or very similar. You can find a lot of name brand items for a discounted price. Whenever I go to Kohl's, I make it a point to check out the Vera Wang line of pyjamas and leggings. Having free wifi in the store is always a plus too.

Eddie Bauer sells women's, men's, and children's clothes, footwear, and gear for camping and home…read more During my visit to this particular location, I noticed that the store had shelves and racks that were full of merchandise, but the selection of styles and sizes was not as large as what I saw on Eddie Bauer's website. Nonetheless, I found a nice hoodie to buy. It was regularly priced at $50 but was on sale for $35. The best aspect of this store was the customer service. When I entered this store, an employee very courteously greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I appreciate how nice he was and how he did not pressure me to buy anything. When I was ready to checkout, he accurately rang up my purchase and processed my payment. He offered me a discount for signing up for Eddie Bauer's Rewards program and a coupon to use at other stores that are owned by the same parent company.

There on line service I tried to pay my husband credit card and they gave me a hassle because my…read morename was not on the account even though I told them that he was in the hospital and not able to pay it, than she told me I had to get his permission to talk to her, again she said that was the only way I said he had a tube down his throat and couldn't speak still no help, so I finally found all his passwords and was able to pay it only to be charged 25.00 late fee for being two days past due. Even when I had paid the whole bill so now I have to pay $25 more and I'm never going to use their card again..

The section was a decent size, but nothing seemed to out of the ordinary. H&M is known for their monochromatic clothing and jeans. Every so often they will throw in a novelty tee or sweatshirt. Much like shopping at other stores that day, I did not find very many deals or items that were popping out at me. It didn't help that I wasn't really looking for anything in particular. Oh well, that happens sometimes when you go shopping.
