I am a little bit confused though why they have a pickup/return counter by the store entrance that is not staffed. I was walked over here for one return and for one of my pickups. When l returned a belt an employee left and came back with a different belt to show me. It was more than I wanted to spend but he showed the item number so I could look it up online for a sale price. As for the online site 2 items didn't look like I thought when I picked them up at the store. I loved the black sweater I got here!
