I called back and obviously not happy ( not a good day for me), Maria told me that interior service would cost more. WTH! Wasted my time and money with them.

This had been one of the easiest companies for home service that I have dealt with. From customer support, to the actual appointment and service tech. I highly recommend Tony! A customer of ours just posted a 5-star review about us at US Building Inspectors, and included Tony in the wonderous review....thought I'd share it. To my good fortune, USBI came recommended by my realtor. I'm passing on that serendipitous recommendation. Patti, Tony, Tony Termite, and team are exceptional professionals of the highest order of integrity. They are detail oriented, thorough, and overlook nothing. More important, they are knowledgeably conversational and readily available. I am buying my first residential home. The first property I contracted, which I thought was "perfect," was not even close. The Team identified, documented, explained, and recorded numerous inspection failures that would have become years of headache and expense. The second property they found less concerning matters which nevertheless were hidden, granting me advance warning and negotiating power. USBI's expertise eliminates the anxiety from purchase and insurance inspections. And, their service charges are reasonable and broken down by each option. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USBI!!!
