We texted, we sent e-mails. Nothing. It was not easy to hire a new company after all that time, but someone we know, who is very picky, said this company was the best. We called at about 10:30 and had someone at the house by 4:30. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and spent an hour going over our house inside and out. Within 24 hours we saw a big improvement of a problem our other company was working on for about 6 months. We did not take changing companies lightly. But we had to do what we had to do. Two small things to take note. 1.What they use is safe for pets and humans but both my husband and one of my dogs did have a slight reaction to the treatment. 2. They are not cheap. The crew came did their job very quickly and they spoke to me about the process and when I would be able to return. I happened to come by and see my house and they were there taking the sign and tape off. The driver said everything was good and I can get in. I didn't feel violated that people were inside my home without me there. Everything was as I left it. Nothing was moved opened or missing. I cleaned before I left and then I came back it was just as I left it. The company I had who didn't do the job was the total opposite and I felt like my house was dirty and violated everything was opened grass and dirt was everywhere and furniture was pulled out.
