My mom had baby snakes coming into her 1st floor condo. A scary problem for anyone let alone an elderly woman. The issue was defective installation of hurricane code sliding doors and offered recommendations on how I can permanently solve this issue. What a great company, Jonah is the best! But, apparently the company's staff has changed and they don't have the customer's best interests anymore. So, regarding this edit, a different issue occurred with a tech for over-spraying their natural (?) pesticides on our ornamentals/trees which has caused a lot of damage to our eight 20+ ft Junipers. Coincidentally we had taken a photo of said trees day before the damaging spraying. Junipers have struggled to come back from this damage and looks like we're going to lose one. Called HULETT to discuss what had happened at that time. They were dismissive and did nothing to help/correct what was done. We cancelled that separate part of our contract with them because of that. After we reached out again since then, they recently sent out another rep to look over the damage. He was very understanding and said he was very surprised by the lack of support from HULETT and would be resolved. We just Rcvd an email with a new higher quote to re-contract with them for pest control. No resolve, nothing pertaining to them taking accountability for their mistake or even a discussion of what's to be done going forward. I can't recommend this company any longer.

I was told that there were several dead bats in my attic, along with some other critters. He informed me that the dead bats had to be removed and the whole attic disinfected because of the health hazard that bat droppings pose to humans. I ended up doing the exclusion and sealing work myself but I wanted the areas that bats touched to be sanitized. Rats to Bats told me that there were no dead bats in my attic and that the soffit area cleanup was not necessary. It was not a health hazard because the guano would dry up and blow away on its own. That kind of honesty is truly refreshing and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pest removal.
