They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested.
