After speaking with several local electrical companies I decided to hire Carlos to complete the work. I had 4 ceiling lights installed and a ceiling fan. I recently bought a condo in Orange County that was in need of a major renovation. On Time Electric and Lighting was recommended by a friend of a friend for my electrical needs and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they've done. Carlos and Victor have made several trips to my new place and I'm continually impressed with their work. I cannot recommend these guys enough! They are punctual, polite, responsive, clean, and very accommodating -- they are the very definition of professional! Carlos and I have had several brainstorming sessions to figure out how to accomplish what needs to be done in the house while staying within my budget. He is respectful of my ideas and input; I never feel like he is talking to down to me. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to have an actual dialogue with a contractor instead of feeling bulldozed. So far, Carlos and Victor have installed new dimmable recessed lighting (can lights) in the living room and bedroom, replaced the light fixtures in the kitchen with recessed lighting, moved the light fixtures in the hallway and bathroom, replaced some of the outlets in the bedroom, added a new outlet in the master closet, replaced light switches throughout the house, installed new GFCI outlets in the bathroom and kitchen, and replaced the entire circuit breaker box. My next project is to change one of the outlets from 110 to 220 so that I can get a more powerful air conditioner before summer comes... and I know exactly who I'm going to call! I had the experience of using ontime electric & being new to the area had to depend on the reviews & proximity of availability of time to service me with heat. My first experience was positive with the clerical staff & they sent an electrician who came in a short notice to diagnose my problem & was able to see I got heat as he did not have the part & had to be ordered, that put me through the weekend & another delay of monday that was the fault of UPS. The electrician named "Juan" was very helpful with explaining the billing & explaining the problem I had which was a flame sensor. He came back when our time was coordinated & did the job. We met Carlos from a referral. We had our house remodel and we needed someone to do our phone line relocate from a different room. So I hired this guy but he was very honest to us that he couldn't do the job. But he will refer us to someone. So, then we call Carlos (On time electric and lighting). He started doing it and when we find out he also do all lighting and electrical issues. We ask them to give us quote for all the light and all the ceiling fan we needed for each room. After a day he gave us the quote we were kind of shock because his QUOTE is VERY REASONABLE. So, me and my husband was hoping that it will not turn to a crappy job.
