The overpasses are charming and the falling autumn leaves completes the picturesque New England landscape, but what makes this road tripper beam is the sight of the Exxon rest stop. They look like quaint white-trimmed houses alongside the highway, with gas outfront and clean bathrooms inside. Even the Bengal Traders coffee sold there is leagues tastier than the regular gas station jet fuel. I am convinced Connecticut is a charmed place. Where else could I be excited enough about rest stops to recommend them here??

The excuse was that it was a cold and snowy winter which disrupted their schedules. The Mitchell website is basically useless. Their is very little detail and visibility into your account. Also other companies offer remote monitoring devices that they can monitor as well as an app you can follow as well. Mitchell pricing is not the best as well. Look elsewhere for service.

I contacted the manufacturer directly, who confirmed there's a FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY on the unit. Yet Gault refuses to honor the warranty or the contract. Instead of standing behind the equipment they chose and installed, they're washing their hands of it and trying to make me foot the bill again. This is not just bad service -- it's dishonest and unprofessional. They're more than happy to take your money, but when something goes wrong, they disappear. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I started 5 weeks ago before the 1st delivery of gas. Each time I called they said they would elevate the question...no one has ever answered the question. Got my 1st invoice today and I just paid it. Another issue is the original 2 large tanks were never installed on level ground so they were leaning into my shed which in turn damaged the siding. I've called on that 3 times to see if they will replace the siding where the damage is. It's been since 11/21/22 that I sent in pics of the damaged. I won't hold my breath but Paraco took over the original company and customers so they should fix it. Not starting off well with Paraco...we shall see how this goes...I would pay .10 cents a gallon more if I could get good customer service.
