Parking is available as well if you want to just use the store and restrooms. There's a small seating area here too as well as one by the back entrance of the store. The store is a convenience store with snacks, sodas, cigarettes, candy, etc. There's also a Dunkin Donuts and Subway inside as well. Not sure of the hours but I don't believe Subway is 24 hours. The overpasses are charming and the falling autumn leaves completes the picturesque New England landscape, but what makes this road tripper beam is the sight of the Exxon rest stop. They look like quaint white-trimmed houses alongside the highway, with gas outfront and clean bathrooms inside. Even the Bengal Traders coffee sold there is leagues tastier than the regular gas station jet fuel. I am convinced Connecticut is a charmed place.
