Andrew Wise and Brett Moore are the most professional, well-trained, courteous, articulate young men you could ever meet....in any profession. We interviewed four different relocation services for our move and from the very first meeting, Andrew conveyed honesty, trust, and intelligence. Nothing was broken or forgotten or lost! Everything they did was with a smile, and they went the extra mile even after a 13 hour day. Please do yourselves a favor and hire them to pack your household. You won't regret it! Thank you for a job well-done, gentlemen!

Tony and his crew are awesome! Recommended by a colleague,…read morewe checked out their website and reached out for a quote. After a short text, Tony got back to me quickly and we scheduled our move within a week! Honestly, we didn't even reach out to any other moving company because Tony was so responsive and came so highly recommended. His pricing is clear and up-front. $150 per hour for a truck and three (kind, professional, caring, strong, and personable) moving guys from his crew. We budgeted for four hours and ended up getting the whole job done in under three! But that isn't to say these guys rushed--not at all, actually. They're super efficient and strong-- all of our furniture was prepped, moved and packed onto the truck with care. All furniture was secured with padding or plastic. The crew was mindful of wood floors and navigated some heavy and bulky furniture with ease! We did move a flat-screen, 55" TV. Tony was a pro at dissembling it, packing it perfectly and with care, then reassembled it when it got to our new home. In fact, he stuck around with his guys to be extra sure it was all put back together and ready to be plugged in! Once we were all done, Tony had our invoice emailed before he even left our home. We paid online via credit card. The whole process was simple and easy. As a local, independently-owned business, First-In's commitment to care, quality and community was evident at every step. As first-responders in Dallas, these guys want to take care of you during your move. We're so happy we trusted them to move us into our new home and hope you will, too! :)

But I needed more like eight hours... They also damaged everything they touched. They broke my eighty seven in screen t v. They damaged our four thousand dollar refrigera. Every single piece of furniture they touched was damaged, literally broken, or severe scratches on everything.. But that's not the worst part. They fought with each other and yelled with each other with cuss words. All 3 out, my house and outside and even woke up my neighbor next door that works nights. And i'm just gonna say it here they called each other niggers.. Throughout the whole neighborhood could hear. The problem was one of the movers wasn't helping very much and kept wanting to take take a cigarette break every 5 minutes... So the other two were upset. The Yelp and fought when each other threw my stuff down the stairs. Multiple times on a galley bang bang bang bang.. Damaging everything is it comes down. They had no clue on how to stack the truck.. Everything was thrown in upside down sideways. I ended up having to get a third truck because they did not pack the other trucks properly.. There was so much room to be filled up to the ceiling. These guys made me feel completely uncomfortable in my own home. The way they fought and yelled at each other and screamed. One of them even called his mother and had his mother come pick him up and she left early.. This was worse than Jerry Springfield show on TV.. They probably caused over $20000 worth of damages on all the furniture..... Be aware and stay away.. I was left scrambling trying to find. Help to finish packing our U-haul trucks late at night in the dark. Because they said they had to go home..

I called the PoC the day before to let them know that the weather shows heavy rain and the trailer was parked about 30 feet from the apartment. The PoC confirmed they can still complete it (despite me mentioning that the forecast indicates heavy rain) and did not want to reschedule. The crew arrived on time and moved some stuff before it started raining heavily. They damaged (broke) one of the drawers from my center table and LEFT THE TRUCK DOOR OPEN when it started raining with the ramp outside. This got all the stuff (speakers, boxes and bags) towards the entrance wet. When the crew returned to close the door, they just dumped things on top of each other resulting in broken glasses etc. The PoC and the crew confirmed they would come at 10am the next day to complete the move, but did not show up. Upon calling the PoC, I was informed they can come later in the day, and when I mentioned it doesn't work for me I was told I'll get a call back in 5-10 min. Waited for about 45 minutes and didn't hear anything back. Tried calling multiple times but the PoC did not answer. Unprofessional, lack basic communication, and no regard for your stuff.

The movers dropped my Philips 36 inch LED smart tv on my floor before they even got it out of my old apartment! SMASHED! You signed the contract saying if something was broken it would only be covered for .60 cents per pound, which means that TV broken is worth around $40, you had the choice to buy a third party insurance.
