I've been going to Janice every couple weeks for her amazing Reiki Hypnosis combo sessions. Janice is so welcoming, warm, inviting, easy to talk to and share things with, supportive, nurturing, and an amazing holistic healer and wise woman. The guided hypnosis journeys are so beautiful and powerful. Each time is a different journey and Janice intuitively knows exactly what I need for that day. She emails the hypnosis recording to you the day after your session and she even texts you to check in on how you're doing! I feel that Janice truly cares and goes above and beyond for her clients. The whole experience is very peaceful, therapeutic, healing, and an all around relaxing experience to unwind and give lots of Love and healing to yourself. I love that the treatment room is also filled with lots of amazing crystals and healing tools you can look at before and after your session. There's a bathroom connected to the room and she provides cold water bottles after your session! Working with Janice has been such a worthwhile investment in my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual Well-Being and I'm SO grateful I came across their website! Absolute shit show. We scheduled a deep clean in addition to other cleaning services. Their…read moreadvertised "deep clean" is 6 hours and $250. We paid $475 and received less than 3 hours. The initial deep clean wasn't completed and the additional cleaning services were never even started. Robin said she needed to leave and promised that we were her biggest priority and she would be back asap. 4 days later, I had to reach out to her and ask when she would be returning to finish the job we paid for. Needless to say, she won't be returning.

I've decided to file a claim with NYS Consumer Affairs purely because of the principle of the matter. I wouldn't have my dog eat that slop. Try and find another place. I made the mistake of having my mom admitted here for rehab after knee surgery. The rehab part was great and the therapists were wonderful. Everyone is friendly, but the wait times are ridiculous. I saw staff members wandering the halls looking at their phones while my mother is sick and needs help immediately. My mom knew something wasn't right with her digestive issues and tried to tell multiple nurses that she had c-diff (she's had it before, she knows), but did they do anything? NO. Never again.
