After making arrangements to have a remote starter installed I was talking to the salesman and when I mentioned the certificate he said Hold On The price of the remote starter went up $120 Said something about the $379 being a "promotional "price. I had my Mitsubishi Outlander in for the yearly rustproofing maintenance. When I picked it up it was parked in the back of the parking lot. It had a peculiar smell. I initially thought it was whatever coating they used. I drove home down rt400 with my windows open. I discovered my hood was not completely latched. I pulled over and secured my hood. After I got home I needed to get ready to go out for dinner. Once I got back into my car it was very apparent that whoever had control of my car at Zeibart was smoking marijuana in my car. I called to complain about these two issues. I spoke with Peter, and he said if I want to, I can bring it back and he'll spray deodorizer in my car, I told him I'm on my way to dinner and the odor will probably go away. He said he'd review the video to see who was in my car. My car still smells bad and I've called numerous times to speak with Peter and he has not returned my call. I will now have to have my interior cleaned and deodorized because it smells like Chee Chee Chong was joyriding around in the Outlander, Beware, I suggest to find another location. Good Morning, I just had my vehicle in for it's annual maintenance. My site rep was RYAN whom I've dealt with in the past. When they were finished I picked up my truck an headed home. I was very impressed by whom ever did the interior cleaning ( was done also on last yearly visit) but It really stood out this time. I planned to stop by the West Seneca location to let them know personally. That evening I was backing into my sons' place and noticed a slight ( and I mean slight) scratch on the hood of my truck. I hadn't noticed when I left the West Seneca site and even had a hard time seeing it when I knew where it was. So I stopped at the site and explained to them what I saw. They had no problems with bringing it back in for a reapplication. Brought in truck the next day and myself and Ryan went to check out what I had seen. Much to my chagrin I wasn't able to observe the scratch and neither could RYAN. I felt really bad about that but RYAN reassured me that they would inspect the vehicle and correct anything that might be found. OUTSTANDING!! Just picked up my truck for it annual checkup. After inspecting vehicle I noticed they drilled a hole in the passenger door. They did this on drivers door on original application even though I specifically told them I did not want any holes drilled in my vehicle. Explain to salesman every year why I didn't want no holes drilled in vehicle but it happened again. At least the first time they through in a diamond coating on paint for free. This time they wanted me to give them touch up paint that I touched up original hole they drilled so they could touch up new hole. I'm not in the habit of keeping touch up paint I vehicle. Didn't want holes originally because that's were vehicle will rust first because of bare metal now exposed to weather. I know first hand this happens because parents had their truck done at ziebart and were ever they drilled holes the truck rusted out. It's incredible that you just don't pull factory plugs from holes and spray in there. Holes are bigger that the one that you had to drill. Thoroughly discussed. read more

I should not have to check peoples work, but sadly i will from now on. They did redo the job after we pointed out the ignorance. Undercoating seems like a good service they provide. A lot better than most places. But their interior and exterior detailing is most definitely not worth the $400 extra dollars. I asked them to clean the bed of the truck and they said "yes we can definitely take care of that." Only to find out the bed of the truck wasn't even touched, tires and wheels dirtier than when I dropped it off, windows still dirty with bugs and water spots, cup holders still have dust and grime as if it was completely overlooked. I've paid less than $50 for a better job done. Recommend for undercoating and rust protection..for now. Don't recommend for anything in regard to cleaning or detailing. Cermaic Coating is a dot it yourself thing that for 50 bucks and some elbow grease you can save a grand that this place charges. I had it done, it does not protect against any chips in paint due to rocks. Every year you go in, they try to upsell you additional services to your vehicle. The best is when they try to see you an additional ceramic coating you just spent over a grand for the previous year. They will say 2 coats is better than one and will discount this application down to 599....complaint and all of the sudden it drops to 499 bottom price. Customer loyalty means nothing to this organization that has a higher turnover rate than McDonalds. Everything about this place is to just get you in yearly to squeeze more money out of you on their "yearly inspections that will void warranty if you do not do them". read more

I had my 2019 Chevy Silverado with 213 miles on it picked up by Ziebart for the Truck Protection package which includes the following: New Car Rust protection, Rhino linings Spray-On Bed Liner and Undercoating. The Employee who drive my truck beat on the truck hard. On The My Chevrolet App I was able to see his driving score. His driving score was very low. (5 to be exact) my driving score was in the mid to high 90's before that. The reason his score was bad was due to Very heavy Braking, Rapid acceleration, and driving over 80 MPH. When I got my truck back I looked at it and noticed lots of concerns. The Undercoating was very clumpy and cracking. They got overspray on my paint, mud flaps, front wheel well liners, driveshaft, exhaust and rocker panels. Where as stated on Ziebart's website they will do the following: " Our expert technicians will apply the coating to the undercarriage, insulating the areas you need protected while avoiding areas like the brakes, exhaust and drive shaft." After looking over the entire truck I called Ziebart back multiple Times and received no asnwers or calls back. I even called the SR Vice President Meghan Pfenninger and there 1800 number. About 2 days later I was able to reach them and stated my concerns. They offered to come pick up the truck and "fix the issues" When the employee arrived to pick up my truck we went over all my concerns and he said that he was sorry. He also informed me that it was a new guy who had worked on my truck. So I get my truck back and look it over again when I got out of work and noticed just as many if not more concerns now. They didn't spray the brake lines or the leaf spring u-bolts. They were not able to remove all of the overspray off my truck so I had to do so myself. Lots of the electrical connections underneath were covered with overspray. Last, but not least. After getting my truck back it started to have issues with the brakes, I get a very hard vibration while braking. I also noticed it shifting oddly. I called back and they basically told me none of this was there problem and to just beat it. They didn't want to do anything to help solve the issue on my $47,000 truck. Recently had my Ford Transit Connect at the West Seneca NY shop for the yearly checkup on the undercoating. Their work seems fine but their customer service could be better. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it was not in front of the building as in the past. When I inquired as to its location I was told "In the back". Took my van in for rust treatment and undercoating, undercoating was sprayed on my plate, which was removed after I brought it up, brand new steel exhaust has undercoating on it. As I was driving away I heard something fall off and hit the undercarriage but I was hoping it was a rock or something, however it seems something was done to my transmission in the process of getting the job done as it's been leaking non stop since taking it to Ziebart. I can't imagine what they did but I've never had a leak like this and it shouldn't have come from getting a simple undercoat job done. read more

I recently bought a car - my first in WNY - and decided to get the Ziebart rustproofing as I saw a lot of rusty cars on the road. The nice thing about the rustproofing package is that annual inspections and re-applications are free. I got a postcard in the mail that my 1st year anniversary was coming up, so I made an appointment and took the car down for its first annual checkup. Ziebart is located in West Seneca on Union Road right beside Union Family diner. Ziebart's facility has a modern, minimalist seating area while the cars are worked on out back. The large seating area has free TV, coffee, and snack vending machines as it takes a full day to work on your car. From there, they offer other services to upsell - detailing, car-wrapping, accessories like step-up bars, car bras, grill protectors. I decided to have the car detailed as their price was comparable to a Sonic (around $250). I dropped off my car and then came back at the end of the day. The car was looking like new. A tech came out and showed me my car to point out where they had moved things to the trunk. It was a very good "concierge" service. My only disappointment was that their "detail package" poster on the wall listed guarantees (a year's guarantee of interior cleaning - it's supposed to be stainproof) but no written guarantees on the receipt. I was assured that they had me in their computer system, and if I ever had a stain, I could come down, but having warranties/guarantees written down is a little more re-assuring in my opinion. Overall, a good service. I wish they had more locations - this is the closest one to me. My car looks like new and I hope there'll be no rust anytime soon! read more

I took my brand new Honda in for an undercoat since it was included in the extended warranty I purchased. Upon arrival, I was assisted into an office and talked into this package for 1800.00. The salesman wouldn't take no for an answer. He even went as far as telling me there is insurance deductables if I get it done. He couldn't live without it either. I kept him hawing and he should have just dropped it but kept insisting so i finally said ok. When I picked up my car, it was clean on the outside and the inside. It appeared they did good but didn't notice any difference at all like the guy said. It wasn't a wow factor like I was expecting by the uptalk about it. I got in my car and was driving home. The sun hit my windshield when I got on the thruway and it was TERRIBLE. It was a complete smear on my windshield. I could barely see out of it and was relying on my mirrors most of the drive until I was able to stop and at that time, I had called Ziebart to complain about it. They did not answer and after I composed myself, I continued to drive home. By the time I got home, there was a message from Ziebart but spoke with them the next day because they were closed at that time. I had stated I was not happy, I wanted a refund. They insisted that I come back or they come to my house to redo their mistake and sorry, that is not good enough. They should have done it right the first time. Not spun me into panic mode after spending 1800.00 on a service that I originally said no to but then got talked in to. I had to come home and wash my window on the inside 2 times and it still fogs up weird and have washed it a bunch of times since, They put a funky film coat on the window on the inside like they put the rainx in the wrong spot. I do not EVER want to go back to zeibart. Not even for the undercoating thats included in my warranty. They failed me once and that was enough because it could have gotten me in an accident. Im a great driver and THATS what got me home! I want this bill dissolved and Ziebart will NEVER hear from me again. They run a scam business and deliver a CRAP product that there is no fixing! Should have done it right the first time! Plus.. the smell that I had to put up with for months later.. 5 air fresheners in my car.. They suggested the inner guard protection given the 1 month ownership. Took new 2019 pickup in to have the spray in bed liner done. They got liner material on both sides of the truck. I pointed out what I saw before I left the shop. They said it was not from them. This is on a brand new truck... Tech comes out to look at it and starts digging at it with his thumb...again on a brand new truck. I told him to stop and get it off with something properly. He used Acetone and shop towel. It would not all come off. Next day I go to wash the truck, it has bed liner material and adhesive on both sides of the vehicle. Call them up and they are like no problem just bring it back... never gonna happen. Manager said they would just use Acetone on it and plastic scraper...again on my brand new truck. He told me to call him back and let him know how it went....won't answer his phone. It didn't work all that well. Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere. Had they done the job correctly they would not have gotten product on the side of the truck. They should at least have cleaned it off when it happened instead of letting it cure on the side. Their quality is lacking. The liner looks great in the bed of the truck, it does not look good on the sides of my new truck. read more

Check their work! I had my car rustproofed and undercoated as well paint treatment. When I got home I crawled under my car and they did not do major areas of the frame. They also did not lower the spare and do above the spare. In regards to the diamond gloss, there was still wax on the roof from when the car was waxed previously, so they clearly did not do the diamond gloss they charged me for. I took it back and I saw them spraying around my spare again even though they told me they should have taken it down. They did supposedly redo the entire car exterior diamond shield. I went there to get a few scratches removed they did a awesome job with tht but I went to my front bumper and the cracked it pretty bad So I called them and told them and they told me there is no way they could of done it and that they have big doors in the garage and they aren't going to do anything for me of course. I also noticed a lot of white marks all over my car and it is all spotted on the bumper I will show a picture below. now I'm very pissed off I paid $330 bucks for them to make my car look worse Bc they cracked my front bumper and the lady on the phone was not very nice kinda rude if u care about your car do not take your care there they do okay work but u can't trust them to keep the car in good shape.
