We have used Disc2Day multiple times over the last year for 2 projects and one of our band members…read morehas used them in the past for different projects and we have had a very good experience up until now. On our latest project we had put in a order for 500 CD's and everything went fine just as always, until we picked them up. One box was not sealed and was open, the other 2 boxes were sealed as they normally are. We were told everything was ok so we took them home and upon counting them we discovered we were short by 25 CD's. After calling that same day, and letting them know, we were told they would look into it. After a week I called back and was told they had gotten busy and had let it slip but would find out and get back to us. Ok not a problem I understand things can get busy. However after another week I called back to get a update. This is when I was told I had been sent an email (which I never received as of the time of this review) and that they were told we were shorted 4 Cd's and that after speaking with her manager that was all they could do. I'm sorry but I do not feel this is the way to handle this particular situation. I can guarantee that we will not be going back and giving them our business from this point on. We have another CD that will be ready to go for duplication before the end of the month, and 2 more by this time next year. Maybe they don't care, maybe they have enough business I don't know but I will make it a point to bring this up anytime someone asks about getting any CD's made. I would warn anyone getting CD's done there to not take their word on the count. It's our fault for trusting them and not counting each CD while there before leaving which is a mistake we will not make in the future no matter where we end up going, but It won't be back to DISC2DAY.

Later, I was having a problem with my laptop, trying to clear pictures, videos, and documents from my computer to a hard drive. I called several places to inquire about availability and pricing, etc. and was not happy with the responses I got. I called Joey at Koh, just to see if there was someone he trusted that he could refer me to. He told me to bring it in and he would help.
