The toners appeared old, inventory was scattered, there were large gaps on the shelves, and the specific toner I needed was not in stock. I decided to purchase eyelash glue instead. At the counter, I found my usual brand, but when I opened the box to check it, there was no safety seal. I asked if I could open another box to confirm whether it was sealed, and the employee became upset and told me not to open any others, insisting they were all brand new. However, the packaging on the box I examined was missing, while the one underneath it was sealed in plastic. When I asked if I could purchase a sealed one, she refused. At that point, I declined the purchase and left. I would not recommend this store due to poor organization, lack of cleanliness, limited stock, and cold customer service. After everything that happened with my hair, I reached out to the salon owner because I felt she should be aware of my experience at her salon. Shortly afterward, the stylist contacted me directly and told me that because she rents there, I needed to deal with her and told me not to "sit there and complain" to the owner. I found this extremely unprofessional and honestly disturbing. As a paying customer, I should be able to contact the owner of the salon where I received my service without receiving a confrontational message afterward.
