She knew exactly what needed to be done. I knew that a few days at least would be needed to take in the waist and hem the length. Unfortunately for me, something came up and I needed them earlier than expected. I called Insi and explained the scheduling conflict. I have a backup pair of trousers I could wear for the upcoming event, although the fit is really off, but if at all possible to pick them up a few hours earlier. I told her I would rather have quality work and pick them up the following week, instead of rushing. She said she would try, and depending on the difficulty of the cut, she might be able to have them early. I was thrilled that she texted even earlier than she expected and said the trousers were ready. I went and tried them on and they were done exactly as needed. I am so grateful to finally have a great fitting pair of trousers for my uniform, and I felt good about wearing them to the event that weekend. Thank you Insi!

I've been coming to this alteration shop for a while and have even brought family members here, so…read moreI was genuinely disappointed by this experience. I had a wedding to attend in Mexico and brought my dress in to have it altered. There was a long piece of fabric hanging down the front/middle of the dress that needed to be hemmed, along with the rest of the dress. I paid upfront, and never had an issue with paying their prices because I've been a repeat customer. Unfortunately, when I was in Mexico getting ready for the wedding, I was steaming my dress and a needle that had been left inside the unhemmed piece of fabric went deep into my finger. The needles had apparently been left there to mark how much fabric needed to be removed--approximately six inches. Not only was the needle still in the dress, but that entire piece of fabric had never been hemmed. Because the alteration wasn't completed, I was literally tripping over the fabric throughout the wedding. I ultimately had to throw the fabric over my shoulder and wear the dress that way for the rest of the night, which completely changed the look of the dress I had paid to have altered. I immediately called the shop and explained what happened. Francesca asked me to send pictures and said she would call me back. I sent the pictures and followed up because I was literally on my way to the wedding and wanted to speak with someone before I had to leave. I never received a response. What happened afterward was honestly more upsetting than the alteration itself. I received a voicemail accusing me of basically trying to avoid paying for their work and saying that if I didn't want to pay, I should just say so. This made absolutely no sense because I had already paid upfront. I was also insulted and told that, as a Latina, I was making myself look bad. There were multiple personal insults in the voicemail. I eventually received another voicemail saying I could come get my money back and that, after looking at the pictures, she realized she had confused me with someone else. She explained that she had been very angry that day and had me confused with another customer. I understand that mistakes happen. What I cannot understand or excuse is treating a customer this way, especially a repeat customer who had already paid and was simply trying to address a legitimate problem. Whether she confused me with someone else or not, those things were said directly to me, and I should never have been spoken to that way. I did receive my refund, and at that point I simply wanted to leave the situation behind. I didn't want to sit there listening to excuses--I wanted my money back and to move on. When I went in to get my refund, I was told that she was giving me my money back 'as a favor to me.' I don't consider refunding a customer for work that was not completed--and that resulted in an injury--to be a favor. I consider it the appropriate thing to do. For me, this wasn't just about a missed alteration. I was injured by a needle that was left in my dress, had to deal with an unfinished alteration at a wedding in another country, and then was personally insulted when I tried to bring the issue to their attention. I'm leaving this review because I think customers should know that mistakes can happen, but the way a business handles those mistakes matters just as much. After being a loyal customer and bringing family members here, this experience completely changed my opinion of the business.

I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so exceptional that I genuinely feel…read moreobligated to document it properly. I had a high-end Canali suit made from 100 percent wool with a 100 percent cupro lining (elite Italian brand). If you understand fabrics, you already know how delicate and unforgiving that combination can be. This isn't something you can just replace. It's structured, tailored, and expensive. Unfortunately, the suit ended up in what I thought was an unrecoverable condition. It had visible contamination on it (4 day old vomit 40% coverage), and I took it to three different dry cleaners before coming here. Every single one either refused outright or gave me that look like it was done. At that point, I had basically accepted the loss. Then I found Zeppelin Cleaners last minute. And when I say last minute, I mean I literally called right at closing time. Not only did they answer, they kept the store open and waited for me to arrive. That alone already told me something was different about this place. When I brought the suit in, they didn't panic or brush me off, and they didn't make unrealistic promises. They assessed it like professionals. You could tell they actually understood fabric composition, construction, and stain treatment at a technical level. Here's where it gets crazy. They had it ready by the very next day. When I picked it up, I genuinely couldn't believe what I was looking at. The suit didn't just look clean. It looked better than when I originally got it. The fabric texture was fully restored. There was no visible staining or discoloration. The wool integrity was intact. The cupro lining looked smooth and untouched. There was no warping, no shrinkage, and no stiffness. The suit was properly pressed and held its structure perfectly. They didn't just clean it. They brought it back to life. If you understand how sensitive wool and cupro are, especially after heavy contamination, you'll understand how impressive this result really is. This was a high-risk job that multiple other cleaners would not even attempt, and they handled it flawlessly. The customer service was just as impressive. They stayed open past closing just for me. They communicated clearly and honestly. They delivered a fast turnaround without sacrificing quality. They treated the garment with real care. I was so satisfied I tipped over 100 percent, which I have never done before. At this point there is no question. They are officially my go-to dry cleaners. If you have a high-end garment, a difficult stain, or something you think is done, take it here before you give up. They do not just clean clothes. They restore them. They are the definition of excellence. Valor Extraordinaire

When I first picked it up, the torso had been shortened perfectly, but the sides were still a bit wide. I gave them a call, and they immediately told me to bring it back in so they could fix it. After the second adjustment, it fit perfectly! I really appreciated how responsive and professional they were, and I'm happy with the final result. If you're looking for a reliable tailor, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try!

The stitching is crooked, threads are hanging everywhere, and the line isn't even straight. It looks worse than before I dropped it off. she didn't even try to stick to the original stitching pattern on this skirt. What's even more insulting is that we paid her twice, and she still couldn't get it right. Her workmanship is careless, and it's clear she doesn't take pride in her craft. On top of that, she only seems friendly and attentive to Spanish-speaking customers -- if you don't, expect attitude and zero effort. This woman completely ruined a piece I loved, wasted my time, and charged me for it. Save yourself the money and frustration. Go somewhere that actually knows how to sew and respects all their customers equally. like I'm sorry did I give it to a five-year-old to stitch.
