He immediately asked what do I need and I responded a cleanup. Meaning no hair cutting, I just needed to get my sideburns shortened up and my front lined up. He didn't do any of it. He left my sideburns just the way they were and when I pointed out that he is not following directions he went all in and cut a big chunk of hair leaving me with a hole on my sides. He was grumpy and unprofessional and expensive for the 5-minute lousy job. Apparently, he has been cutting hair all his life and I guess its time to retire and rent the seats to younger barbers.
