We ordered two x-large pizzas, a Canadian bacon and pineapple, and a classic pepperoni and both delivered on every front. The crust stole the show: soft on the inside with just the right amount of crisp where it counts, and the dough itself had a fresh, made-in-house flavor that set it apart from your typical pizza joint. Now, let's talk wings. I'll admit I'm usually not a huge wings person. Too many places undercook them, and there's nothing worse than biting into a wing that isn't done all the way through. Petrilli's changed that for me. These were cooked to perfection, through and through. The buffalo sauce leaned nicely on the milder side with just a small kick rather than a big punch of heat. A nice option if you prefer flavor without getting blasted by spice. Service is great!

Pizza hasn't changed , generous with the toppings as usual . Quality ingredients and fresh. I like my Petrelli's pizza with a side order of anchovies , and they do have them . If a pizza joint doesn't have anchovies on the premises they are not legit (in my opinion) . I orders the medium Petrelli's special and to my surprise, it's a very big for a medium. It can feed 4 grown "hefty" men past their 40's easily with a couple of slices left. They don't cut their slices like a traditional pie, but in squares. It was right across the street from the sprouts parking lot on the corner though. Obviously it was my first time there since I didn't know where it was. I ordered online and I did have to pay for it online. I probably should've called cause I like to pay cash for my items. When I walked in, it smelled so good and the young guy that was at the front greeted me with a smile on his face. I held the door for a lady that was coming out so I don't remember what it looked like inside or if you could sit down. I had a very quick checkout and I was back home to give it to my son's in about 15 more minutes. They said it was absolutely delicious and they really liked it. I didn't get any pictures of them because they are teenagers and now they eat and go back to their room. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

Only when we asked for our refund did they decide to address the original issue. Refund was denied & now they decide to make fresh pizzas. We came in with a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The moment we walked in, both the staff and several people in the kitchen just stared at us, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable. We were told to "sit anywhere" and that there was outdoor seating, but it was extremely hot outside, so we chose a small table in the corner inside. After sitting down, we waited about 10 minutes and not a single person came to our table. We weren't greeted, offered water, handed menus, or even acknowledged with a simple, "We'll be right with you." There were several employees working--servers outside and multiple people in the kitchen--yet no one ever approached us. The lack of service was disappointing, but what made it worse was how unwelcome we felt from the moment we walked in. The looks we received made us feel like we didn't belong there, and that isn't how any customer should feel when trying a new restaurant. We eventually got up and left to eat next door, where we were immediately welcomed and served. It's unfortunate because we had been looking forward to trying Barcuso, but based on this experience, we won't be returning

The driver left it on the ground outside my door, and the box was completely unsealed. There was one sticker but it was only holding a flyer onto the box. It didn't seal anything. I called the store because my concern was food safety. Farah, who said she boxed the order, told me she is the owner or family of the owner, and that she had personally put three seals on the box. But the photos I took at delivery show only that one sticker. And no evidence that any seals had been peeled off, especially on a black box where tampering would likely show. Instead of acknowledging that, Farah stuck to her claim and shifted blame to the driver, without addressing why an unsealed pizza box left on the ground might worry a customer. She doubled down even after I sent her the photos. And I also ordered three sauces, two marinara and one ranch, but I received three marinara and no ranch. Between the handling concerns, the missing item, and the response I got, I won't be returning. I'd seriously recommend thinking twice before spending your money here. I Know i will tell All my Friends, Family , Co Worker's Never to come here. Thanks Farah for Its Because of Your Lack Of Food Handling, Food Safety, And Being Extremely Incompatible Both Honesty & Costumer Service. I will Place my Business Elsewhere.
